That is really scary. What really bothers me is that they basically accused you of lying! Like you manufactured the documents, and your credit card company was lying to them over the phone!!!! Outrageous! It's like they were shaking down a family just trying to get what they paid for and not charged extra for it. Tacking on the charges at check out, classy, really classy.
What is really sad is that most of us know more about Disney Reservations than many front desk CMs.

Maybe we should offer a training!

Anyhoo.... this situation just shows us we need to bring as much documentation as possible with us at check in. After hearing this I plan to bring every payment receipt and my credit card statement showing the charges, just in case. More work for me....
