Trying to get NYE booked & the member site is down!

It is not just that they go down so much that is annoying....It is the absolute unoppurtune times that they decide to do maintenance. This week is probably the biggest booking week of the year.

Hey I have a good idea, let's take the site down for maintenance.

I was able to book a reservation on Monday - but I when I try to send them a message via the contact link - I hit submit and nothing happens

My thoughts exactly...all systems need maintenance...but how about during the night? From 10pm til 8am or something like that? Come on DVC!!!

That is so crazy! I was nervous about our NYE reservation with everyone talking about walking reservations. I didn't have the points to walk. We check in the 28th, so I wasn't reserving this morning, but that would have made me a nervous wreck!

Maybe after the people who walk get their reservations in place, days open up. Makes sense to me, since they would be canceling them. Enjoy your BWV NYE!!
