Ha!! She was just pretending. But I seriously think she could sleep anywhere - she's just that way.
That is funny, she looked comfy either way. I know my guys were comfy in it. I wasn't sure at first about the middle the way it sticks out, but it was a good divider for them. No fighting, you're on my side stuff.
bjeannep, I'm so sorry to hear that your ds is sick! At least you were able to get the meds started before the trip. Hopefully by the time you get there, they will kick in and he will be feeling better. I hope that you guys have a wonderful time!!

Wow!!I have been watching this thread,I can't believe how long it is stretching for If it continues I would really love to be added on in the spring,we are going down May6-14 but would be able to pick up on the 7th where so far it leaves off.
I will put you on the 1st page under the tentative future dates. It is all dependant on filling in the dates between Feb and April. But keep watching for updates ----and if we reach a point where it will happen I will PM the tentative group and see if everyone is still interested...I or delmar will, if i can figure out a way to hand this off to her!!

Thanks for the stroller pics too! I will make sure my mom takes her sewing stuff in case we need to make any repairs.

The main place I would keep an eye on is the seam that I sewed up there in the middle. It is where the cover is held together and the seam falls right on that bar in between the seats. It isn't the greatest design to put the seam there IMO - as that area gets the most stress with 2 kids in it. I tried to get the stitches really close together, hoping that it would hold. Thinking back, I should have just left that little sewing kit in the bag of stuff with the stroller. Oh well. Hopefully nothing else will be needed.

I can't believe we're almost to the end of October! We have everything ready (ticket wise) including tickets to MVMCP. I am not yet packed but will start on that soon. I just have so much stuff laying around I hate to have suitcases sitting out.

it is getting close for you--finally!!! It feels like it takes forever for the time to come, it is part of the excitement--the whole anticipation thing!!!

The kids are wiped out as well as thier parents. We had a long flight delay on Sat. but made it home safely. Thank you so much for all the hard work that went into the swap it made for an easy time. Yay! I'm glad to hear that you had a good time and no trouble with the stroller. And I really know what you mean about the WL. This was our first trip, and I do believe we are spoiled now. It was beautiful!

What a fantasic view---absolutely beautiful. It is now moving to the top of my list for places to stay at Disney!
I ALMOST had DH talked into GF this past trip, then he wasn't going to be there most of the time, so I switched.
Maybe a day at GF and a few at WL, perhaps. Hmmmmmmmm.....

We stayed there on our honeymoon, it was awesome! The one great thing about WL is that it's super easy to get to MK and Epcot vs. having to go to the transportation center, parking, taking a trolly, on and on. We liked just catching the boat and arriving! I think that is the best place to stay if you are staying with kids where MK will be the majority of your stay. But unfortunately we aren't able to do it. And last time we stayed at Boardwalk. That was okay too. We were able to take the boat to HS or Epcot and we could walk to Epcot. But still a pain to get to MK (with stroller and all).

We'll see how this trip goes since we're staying off-site.

Anyway the photos are great! It made me remember the honeymoon. We didn't have such a view though, our's overlooked a playground. But it was fine! I love WL. We actually plan to go over there and sightsee.

I have not heard anything from princesslily at all. She was the last person to be paying for a spot and has not paid or responded to any contact.

Maybe she doesn't get the posts from here, mine stopped emailing me anything, but I have sent her PMs, too. So, unless she responds to todays posts about it trying to track her down I am done holding a unconfirmed spot.

So, vbarry, I will let you know tomorrow morning if you get those addl dates and open up the other dates (dec18-22),

Yes, we had a wonderful view. That was a courtyard view room. From what my TA told me, there are very few standard rooms. The woods view are a little bit cheaper, but then you are guaranteed to be looking at the trees. But beware that even some of the "courtyard view" rooms apparently look out to the trees as well. We had a request of "inner courtyard, pool side" on our reservation. So, just a tip for anyone else looking to stay there.

And like doxxie said, it was SUPER easy to get to the MK. The kids loved the boat ride over. I think that the most we waited for a boat was about 10 minutes (because we had just missed one) and the ride takes about 10 minutes. Taking the big stroller isn't the easiest on the smaller boats but can be done. The bigger boats, you can just roll it on without folding.

I would like to try the AK lodge as well, but it is SO far from everything else. I don't know if, after being spoiled like that, we'll try anything else.

That's our thinking too! We did the cruise/land combo on our honeymoon and your level stateroom on the cruise dictates your room accommodations. So we stayed at WL. Then we went for the marathon and stayed at CBR. It was nice as well. Then we rented points and stayed at BWV. That was great! I think I really liked WL the best though! We have looked at the value resorts several times but always end up rejecting them and finding a good deal some other way.

I'm glad your family's first time went so well and you had such a great place to stay!

Is everyone ready for Halloween? Up until this week, my ds was going to wear the Lightning McQueen costume that I got last year (that he wouldn't wear at the time). But it seems somewhat suddenly, he is obsessed with Spider Man. So, I went today and bought a Spider Man costume.

My dd is going as Gabriella from HSM. I need to figure out something that she can wear under the little dress so that she doesn't freeze to death!

What are everyone else's little ones going as?
