Speaking of kids getting in trouble on the ship....

Did anyone else read today that the kids on the EBPC have been out of control (I think I saw at least Rhonda responding to that)? Apparently there were kids on TOP of an elevator. On TOP! As in you could see them in the atrium on TOP of an elevator.

Hi All;

I'm aboard the Magic now and we are going through the canal. It's awesome! Last night I spoke with an officer who said that the 2010 Summer special itineraries/dates will be released Oct 7, and booking opened one week later. No word on the actual itineraries though. Just thought I'd share.

I am filling out our Medical information forms to fax over to DCL. Question: Do we have to fill one of these out for each person, even if there is no medical condition? If so, then do we have to have our Dr.'s sign the form and state that there is no medical condition? I just want to make sure we are doing this right

NTHEORY - I turned 18 in Navy boot camp in Orlando, of all places. I highly encourage your son to take at least 1 year of college, junior college, tech school, whatever you can talk him into, before he enlists. My son wishes he had had at least some college credits under his belt before he enlisted, and I'll bet any Marine will tell your son that, too.
or just wait until you graduate from boot and have the military pay for it... plus some of your tech schools in the military that you go to now count towards your aa just a lil fyi there!

As far as the passports, if a military member or government employee is taking a trip on their own personal time, they are just another tourist. Now if it is military or government orders, they will be issued a military passport if necessary. BUT the military passport should not be used for personal travel. In some countries the government ID card is enough; in other places, not having a passport would be a problem.
My son wants to go to Ireland. I have told him for years that I would pay half if he'd pay the other half and get his passport. Maybe one day we will go there together.

and he wont pay for half of his passport.. ??? thats a steal! lol

Steve's is firs then Mine...its the tank I was asking about, then Matthews is last. Rachel will have on that matches Crissichef's DD danielle. My pirate head along with Crissi, her mom and sister are basically the same, they are done in"diamonds, aka bling" Crissi's dh will match my dh and her son will match my son! I will be honest and tell you the cost for the 4 boys shirts was ONLY $18, mine and Crissi's sis were $7 each and Crissi and her mom were $5 each, cant beat those prices!

Rachels, then mine both with "bling" ,Matthews with green mickey head...his didnt turn out as good as the other, then Steves is the last one!

I will post FE and Pillowcases that Tiffany made tomorrow! I might go try to upload some of my magnets!!!!

Tonya...luggage tags. It depends on how you are getting to the port. I'm sure you are flying so depending on when and how you are arriving at the terminal I would put them on after your flights but before arriving at the terminal. Even the passporter says wait to put them on at the port but that suprised me...they take your luggage as soon as you enter the terminal drive. I can imagine none of us want to be standing outside the car applying tags while the porter waits and while everyone else is strolling in. So my advice is to put them on before you leave for the port.

Wow, you did a great job! I bought a cheap $4 Pirates shirt on the Dis. outlet site. Mike got a skull and crossbones at Target in the clearance The boys each got a pirate shirt for Christmas so they are set.

We're still voting on the time and location for our DIS Meets on Saturday.* So we'll have that solid soon. There's been a lot of informal discussions about getting together at other times, which will likely be posted on the message boards on all but Deck 1 of the decks that have cabins. (See Post #1 if you haven't been there in awhile to catch up on all that stuff.)
