Dave and I received a wonderful Christmas present from MagicMe...a scrapebook of the cruise! She included all of post 1 on it! It is such a wonderful trip down memory lane! I can't stop looking at it! I said to her last night that she couldn't even post on here that she was working on it because I read the thread! It is beautiful and it is certainly a gift I will treasure.

....Dave and I received a wonderful Christmas present from MagicMe...a scrapebook of the cruise! She included all of post 1 on it! It is such a wonderful trip down memory lane! I can't stop looking at it! I said to her last night that she couldn't even post on here that she was working on it because I read the thread! It is beautiful and it is certainly a gift I will treasure.

Awe! What a wonderful treasure...not only for capturing the memories, but for the love put into it!! Melodie, you're too sweet!

Happy New Year to all!!!

I saw the doctor on Friday and he didn't want to do surgery. I just need to be careful for 4 to six weeks and am unable to drive until I am healed. I see him for more X-rays on 1/9 so we will know how well it is healing at that time. I am glad that I am not in a lot of pain. But I have to be more careful than most because I do not have feeling in my feet. So I could do more than I should and not have any pain to tell me to stop. Please keep a positive thought that I will heal quickly and well.

Janet and I will be at WDW in July with Austin and Beth. That is their Christmas and Birthday gifts from Janet and I. I am so looking forward to it. Also trying to figure out when we will Cruise again. Thinking not till 2011. Has anyone heard anything about whayt DCL may have planned? It is the year the first new ship is to come out. Well go to go. Lois

Drea, the Wii is fun, isn't it?

I had to work at the Disney Store tonight and we thought we were going to have to call 911 for one of the CMs! She was dizzy, tingly and felt like she was almost floating. Her husband came and picked her up and I hope he took her to the ER! I was/am very worried about her.

Hi there!

Things have been crazy here, but they are settling down!

I did something fun while at my in-laws for Christmas. We went 4 wheeling with Doug's best freinds family! We rode around through the cotton fields and woods on trails Doug's friend made. We rode for hours. My arms hurt so much today I can hardly stand to hold my cup of coffee! But it was so worth it and I can't wait to go again!

I hope everyone else had a great Christmas and made some new memories!

I miss you guys! We just booked a quick 3 day cruise in May for the kids Birthdays! I knew I couldn't wait until 2010 to cruise again!

...As for Christmas shopping......Today I got one of my favorite gifts to give in the mail. I absolutely will be posting pictures of it here. It's related to our cruise!

As promised, I wanted to share with you what I think was the most treasured gift I gave this year. I had a book made (by Snapfish) to summarize our cruise. I gave a copy to Grandmother and mom. We spent a lot of time reminiscing, which was too much fun. I just cannot express how thankful I am that we met all of you and that the three of us had this special time together.

There are a couple of pics in my book that some of you gave me (including but not limited to Adrienne (elevator Mickey hand), Amy (menus), Denise/Amy (boozing it up pic), and whomever captured the DDD table in the terminal), so again, I'm grateful for you sharing so I could use them!

I also had a collage mug made and surprised them with a framed picture. I had the Fab Five sign the mat of the frame while we were on the cruise. Finally, while I was at WDW prior to the cruise, I found these beautiful Pirates of the Caribbean photo frames on clearance, so I put one of our Pirate Night pictures in that. They both said "The cruise keeps on giving! It's great!"

I HIGHLY recommend getting one of these made for special events. It's now one of the secrets in my pocket for gift giving.

Well uhhhhh... Yea. You see. You are there in spirit. I can remember that the pic of Mickey in front of the Magic model has your DD in the lower left corner. Then there's food that makes me think of mayo, which natually makes me think of you. It's all good. You won't be forgotten!
