I sure do miss everyone. But what I miss more is having the time to visit on line.

I have the grandkids this week end and wanted to do some holiday stuff with them. However the fridge died so I am spending most of my time cleaning that up.

The weather has been a mess out here in the midwest. 10 degrees during the day and hitting the high of 50 degrees in the middle of the night. Now tell me what's up with that. We missed the ice storm thank God. But had snow the other day and expect more soon. I can't wait for spring! Lois

Well, don't expect that down here! We had mainly rain!!! Yuck! Nothing like rainstorms to make you feel in the spirit!!!!

We had a snow/ice storm yesterday and we're going to have another one tomorrow! It's been an active weather week in my part of PA!

My friend is going back home this week and is looking forward to the snow, since we dont get any here in Cali... well where we are at least LOL, so for her sake hope its around another week (sorry if yall are sick of it LOL)

Hi Lois, oh wow what a time for the fridge to die! And your weather sounds like our. It was in the 80's almost 2weeks ago and then we got to the low 40's now again its going back up to the 60's this week.. Hope the weekend shapes up better for ya to enjoy the grand kiddies

Hello Double Dip family! Hope everyone is having a good time with their holiday preparations and festivities - I have no idea how Christmas sneaked up on me so fast this year! I'm usually a planner (noooooooo, really???) but here I am on Dec. 21 and I'm still not done shopping! The kids and DH are covered, but I still need gifts for MIL, GMIL, and Dexter's kung fu instructor.

We embark on a new Disney adventure in 14 days - our first visit to WDW! I can't WAIT to spring it on the kids Christmas morning... they are going to FLIP! And it will be so nice to be able to do the planning/packing out in the open... I've had to do everything on the sly thus far, which can be tricky. But I made things much easier on myself when I decided not to sew for this trip - sure, no cute matching outfits for my kidlets, but a LOT less stress for me. It's a trade-off.

Hi everyone!!!!!

My boss was so nice today and he bought us lunch! It was sandwiches from Wegmans but it was so good! It was a very nice Christmas surprise! One more day of work than Santa comes!!!!

Santa brough me a gift early. Yesterday morning I fell down a couple of stairs. I thought I was fine but woke up this morning to a swollen and bruised foot. I was going to wait till friday but got scared and went into an urgent care and got an xray. It is broke!!! Not only is it broke I may need surgery to repair it. Thank God I have little to no feeling left in my feet. Lois

Tell Santa next year a lump of coal will suffice! (j/k) Yikes! I'm sorry!!! So it sounds like we're going to have you and Amy on the surgical list. I really hope they determine you don't need the surgery! I broke an ankle one early winter. It indeed was not fun getting around on crutches in snow and ice.
