Hi, everybody.

Wow! Lots of chat going on in the past couple of days. Not surprising at all though w/the 90 day window having just opened up. Happy to hear about those that got what they were wanting, bummed for the others who weren't so fortunate. I hope you're able to get ressies once onboard.

I received a couple of fun packages Friday. The pink messanger bag I ordered from baggalini - cute, cute! Thanks again for the posts about the discounts available on it.

The other package was an 'updated' cruise travel kit from DCL. It was updated to let us know we could make ressies starting June 14 since we purchased REAS. Uuuuummmmm.........thanks, DCL. You're only 2 weeks late letting us know about the date change. It was awfully nice of them to also include shore excursion info on St. Maarten & St. Thomas/St. John. Yeah, we'll save that for when/if we book an Eastern cruise. For now though, I guess we'll just have to rely on the DIS for info on GC & Cozumel.

The next catastrofy (sp?) is P and J were out riding there scooters when all of a sudden the garage door opens and P is screamming for me and I hear J crying.. oh great what now. Apparently J was riding his scooter and BIT his tounge BAD... we had blood everywhere. I couldnt tell if it was all the way through cuz it was gushing. Finally I can see its not horrible.. but still not great. No stiches needed (all I could think of was that one episode of MTV when that dude was singing and some dude bit his tounge off and he needed stiches anyone remember that back in the day... LOL) After laying with me and rocking him, holding a washcloth with ice on it for a while... he was good enough to go back out and shoot water guns LOL So its not tramatic . But im sure when he goes to eat again.. that will be an adventure!

Poor J!! Hope he gets to feeling better soon.

Emmie's all the time biting either her tongue or her cheek. Never broke the skin though (knock on wood). Its drama enough when she just 'nips' it.

Oh, have fun w/the laundry. I hate doing laundry. It piles up since I procrastinate & then its a huge pile to get done. Who am I kidding? I hate doing housework.

Unbelievable! I was getting all excited that you were the first one to get excursion info. Well, you sorta kinda were! I'm willing to take a detour with you while we're out at sea though.

Howdy neighbor -- We are in 6052 and 6054 ---Me , DW , Mom and DD 12 , DD 9 and DS 6.

We must own this little area cause I'm 6051.

I am fine with having a map of the ship with the Dis'ers marked and my room # included. Our dis-board group did this last time and it is a nice thing to have. I didn't realize that I'm next door to so many Dis people already.

Check the schedule also. I originally had a direct flight from Atlanta to Orlando. Now all Spirit Air flights go in to Fort Lauderdale, then back to MCO with an hour or two layover/plane change. If your flight has been rescheduled and you don't want it anymore, send an e-mail to them. Let the airline either change the flights to a more convenient time or ask for a refund. Changing the reservation yourself on-line can cost up to the full price of the ticket.I took the refund, then booked on Southwest for a better price and time than my original reservation. It took a few days before I got a call from the Service Department of Spirit. It will take a week to get the charges reversed to my credit card. I think it was well worth my time. Plus I don't mind flying SW.

Well, I don't have a problem with posting my cabin to you folks. I'm in one of the Deck 6 cabins at 6099. I won't actually post my travel companions cabin since I didn't run this by them but I can tell you they are next door!!!! (Actually I don't think my DS and DGF - TheDisneyGirl02 - would really mind).

The Treasure Map

I have been thinking about this and I think this is the best way to proceed.

Anyone who wants to be listed on the Treasure Map (deck by deck placement of where everyone is) should PM me the following:

Stateroom Number
DIS Name
Names of those in the cabin (if desired)
Ages (if desired)
E-mail address to which the map can be emailed

I think, and this is up for discussion, it's a good idea that we make the map available only to those who have opted to be listed on it.

I don't think we should use other lists where people's confidentiality was guaranteed because I think it's very possible there were people who signed up in the beginning and aren't reading these board every day like some "other" people. And, I don't think it's a good idea to "renege" on a promise.

I will continue to compile the list until late August, so it's as updated as possible.

Kimberly, feel free to post this any old place.
