Logged in at 12:00am and was not able to get a thing!!! It told me my cruise was not paid for.. Logged out and back in 12:02am and got in with No Red Letters saying not paid.. Unfortunately, I still got Nothing.. No Brunch, No Tea, !!! so yet AGAIN.. we will not be doing Palo during the day.. I think I won't even bother trying anymore because all I ever do is get my hopes up and deflated..

This is totally bumming me out.. I really thought I would have a chance this time..

THat happened to us!!! It took me 1/2 hour to get that message to go away but in the mean time I was checking my credit card statement to verify that I was paid.... Once I got in - Palos tea and Brunch were gone

Also wanted to share some information about our group. With the final payment deadline looming one (Jean) from our group has made the tough choice to cancel. Her and ehr husband are small business owners and as we all know times are tough for many right now. So we have shuffled rooms and went from 3 staterooms down to 2. We all now have stateroom numbers and are located near eachother. We are Deck 6 aft.

Not sure if others DISers are around us or not-do we have a deck plan that shows where each DIS person is staying?

My DBF and I just got home from seeing WALL-E! It is so cute!!!!! If you haven't seen it, go see it! During the middle of the movie, a little kid in the theater just yelled "WALL-E!"...it was so cute! My DBF didn't hear it though.

Sorry to hear about the lack of Palo spots. That really stinks. Does this happen on every cruise or do you think it's just this one because it is so popular?

Hey there all! I knew that eventually this would come up. Remember that when you all signed up for our Cast Roll Call List with me via a PM or the Hotmail account, I put you in the database and if you provided a cabin number, put that in there as well. So here are my comments:

• Dan, thanks for notification that Jean and DH are out. I took them off the list.
• Dan, I don't have your cabin number, but doing a search of cabins I'll consider aft (6098-6154 & 6598-6654) I see 9, and indeed Erik and Sandi are two of those.
• I already have provided Drea with the cabin numbers that any of you provided me with so she can make use of them for the Secret Mickey and Fish Extender fun.
• I also gave Hadley and Erik the cabin numbers so they will have them for delivery of any lanyards that are left behind. I believe they've also gone to everyone signed up to validate the number as well.
• At one point we had talked about not publishing the stateroom numbers unless you were a part of the Fish Extender/Secret Mickey activities. Even then, the thought was that we would put that list up on our website and have the list in an access-restriced thread (like the Kids' Meets) so only those who need the info (you're signed up for the "fun") will have it. That can or cannot be reality once the sign-up deadlines are past us.
• If a few others want to speak up to letting me know if having these listed on the website for all to see would be a "nice have", then I'll inquire with each DISer to see if I have their permission to put it out there or not. I ABSOLUTELY do not want to violate anyone's trust that they gave me this information by disclosing it to everyone by posting it on the website without their consent. Then that list I would gladly provide to Stella to work on deck plans! {{BIG HUG}}

We saw Wall-E yesterday - very cute. Amazing how much of a movie you can "get" with little talking. What time is your Palo?

Great idea about adding to the shipboard account before the trip - I have never done that. Only fear (me being paranoid) is what if the money isn't there for some reason when you board??

You are awesome! This is a great idea, by the way. Makes it easier than a list of room numbers for sure. You have a big job! Though I guess you could print out the ship map for each floor and just highlight and add names, right? VERY cool idea.

Dh got the error message saying we were not paid in full. 2 minutes later he tried again and it said we were paid off. He was ready to scream at midnight last night.
Dh wants to try and get brunch too, so I will be in the rockin D bar too.

Sounds like Deck 6 is the party deck. we are up on 8.

I've made deposits to my shipboard account throughout the past 6 months or so. I'm done making those deposits now! Unfortunately, you don't really get a "receipt" from DCL. It's a little scary, imo. However, I trusted my TA (Dreams Unlimited) that they did it because when I inquired about it, it was indeed there. In fact, I always watched my statements to ensure that payment was applied, and even "tested" them a couple of times to have THEM tell me how much was in my account, even though I already knew. They were always right. So when I was finished making these deposits, I emailed my TA one last time asking them to validate how much money I had in my shipboard account. What I didn't like is that DCL doesn't let you "see" that value.

Hope all is well & those of you in California aren't having trouble breathing with all the smoke. My brother is a nurse in Sacramento and he says it's unbearable outside with the smoke in the air...

We are a couple hours South of Sacramento and it's yucky here too!! We have enough smog in the air as it is living in the valley.

suprizing the boys taking them to do a video conference with E. The last one before we pick him up in around 30-40days LOL. When I get home I will have a Secret Mickey update!

OMG...how many of you were booking stuff at 12:01am??? i went on at 11am and there was so much stuff...BOOKED!

i'd hate to be a 75 day-er if they don't save some for them.

does anyone know if they will let a 9 year old (with a Dec. 2nd birthday) in with the 10-13 year olds?? i know carneval allows them to move up if they are within 2 months of a b-day. i called disney at 8:10 for the 8th time today. LOL. they went home at 8pm. how dare they!!!

Every person dresses differently.. I have seen Ball gowns down to Sundresses on Formal night.. That dress to me would be just fine..

Hey all---

Regarding some kind of a map or guide to who is in what room....I am personally OK with it. jason and I woudl gladly let peopel know where our room is....I know some people don't want that info published, however, because when Hadley and I first asked for stateroom info a number of people privately expressed concerns about why we would need that info and with whom it would be shared.

So IF enough people are interested in having a deck map with DIS cabins marked or listed, then I think we should devise some way to voluntarily say if we do or don't want our cabin included. Also I have lots of the staterooms on my lanyard list...so once that project starts I would gladly share my spreadsheet that has lots of people already on it.
