I just wanted to say a quick hello. I have been out-of-town all weekend and am still trying to catch up to all of you I may have to pull an all nighter, but I think I will manage

I'm going to make us pirate Mickey tops very similar to those. I even had coordinating Mickey pirate necklaces made for us(along with a few others!):

Seriously- the girl is a menace- a walking vacation catastrophe. Outbreaks of encephalitis, tropical storms, 9-11, bird flu, hurricanes, snow storms, you name it, it's happened. Sometimes I think I should keep her locked up. But then again- maybe we'll get an extended cruise- like the group who ended up 10 or so days on the Magic when they couldn't come back into port a few years ago...

Well...I sort of bring bad luck to vacations at times. Let's see, I've been in Orlando for 2 hurricanes (Andrew and Charlie, Charlie was MUCH worse in the Orlando area than what Andrew was), forest fires in Florida (so close that the fire alarms were going off at the hotel - it wasn't at Disney though), and a small earthquake when we were in California in 1987. I'm just happy that the super volcano under Yellowstone didn't erupt when we were there 3 years ago!

Hi Everyone
Today is the first day of summer for the kids and I, I hope they dont drive me too crazy Its supposed to rain today maybe a trip to the library is in order.

Steve and I were talking about packing for the cruise last night, I hope I am not the only one who loses sleep over packing for this cruise. I am an overpacker by nature, at least for myself. I wish there was a packing for vaction fairy, I would gladly accept her help.

What to do what to do. I am not that excited about any of Disneys choices but I am at a loss of what to do.The only thing I have come up with is the Dolphin but I don't know if the park can fit us in or if my DH wants to do that. I will book it seprate to save $$$ and get DS in free

Does anyone have any great ideas for me. We are travelling with our kids 6 and 4 then my N laws (in thier 70 s)and my MIL is not in great physical shape so nothing to physical no hiking the mayan ruins for her. A nice stroll is fine.

If we don't do a excursion what is there to do? I feel so far behind most of you who have everything booked already

don't feel bad we haven't booked yet either and with my DS only 4 there are not a great many choices out there for him. DH suggested that this trip we just hang out ont he boat, walk around the towns and relax....I thought for about 1/2 a second and decided that this sounded like a GREAT plan. If you want to try to get our sons together let me know...

Indeed! They contacted me and asked if I would make minor changes to the logo for them like change hte date and change the port (ironically they are going to Grand Cayman, too....but that was always their itinerary).
