Cass, Rob & Kira - Disney Wonder 10-night Hawaii Cruise Feb 2026- VLOG series (not a trippie!) "Wow, look at that!"

Howdy, folks!

It's been a minute, I know.

If you know who I am, then you know that I said I was done writing trip reports, which I am....BUT!!!

I did something different this past trip...I VLOGGED!!

I know, right???!!! If you know me, you know I have anxiety, loathe the sound of my voice, don't like being on camera ( I am the girl behind the camera) but as this was our first family trip since my girl left for university on the other side of the dang country, I wanted to document it somehow, so she can look back on it, many years from now, when we are long gone and relive these memories.

It was a tough transition for me, I didn't do any intros, there were times where I probably should have been narrating and didn't but I think it turned out decent enough and I thought I would share with y'all here, my DIS besties.

I have finished two chapters so far, I am guessing I will end up with five or six videos and I will post them here when I add them.

Also, if you have any questions and want me to expand on anything, please leave a comment and I will reply to them.

Feel free to watch and drink (or snack!) every time I say "Wow, look at that!" It's a LOT!

A vloggie! I love it! Vertical video on instagram just doesn't do this scenery justice! It needs a much bigger screen!

Awww I’m sure Cass enjoyed sleeping and sliding on the high seas! Did you go on the waterslide?

Oh, we were definitely sliding on those very high seas!

We have never been on a rockier cruise! The older ships creak a lot and this light sleeper did NOT sleep well but it was worth it!

There's only the Twist 'n Spout slide on this one and it was closed many days and weather was not really great for it, so I didn't partake but I think my waterslide days are coming to an end.

What a nice surprise! This made my weekend - so excited to watch these!!!

Those cows really loved y’all!

Yes, they certainly did! We had three long hours there and loved every single one of them at one point but there were definitely certain ones that each of us "clicked with", if that makes sense? Kira took to that wooly calf because it enjoyed having someone as a pillow and she certainly enjoyed volunteering as the pillow. Mr. Blue, which turned out to be Mrs Blue, that huge bull with the horns and one of the brown ones were my faves. You had to be careful with those horns because when they move, they move fast and one time, I was sitting next to it and all of a sudden, it decided it wanted to snuggle me. If I wasn't fast enough, it would have gotten me pretty good, right in the chest!

If you follow the rules, they were big, snuggly, softies but we saw one charge at a kid because they didn't follow the rules! The girl that worked there (with pink hair in the background) was amazing and helped everyone snuggle them, if that's what they wanted, and her love for them was very evident.

I even got to rub the big baddie in the Bad Girl's Club! She said only 10% of guests are able to go near that one. They are fine, they are just particular in how they like to be rubbed and will show you physically that they don't want you doing what you are doing.

Kira and I will be talking about that experience for the rest of our lives!

Road to Hana scary we did it too and had trucks passing us. Blind corners , grass grown too high to see anyone coming. Beautiful but one and done.

Have to back and watch part 2 just wanted to relive road to Hana with out the pressure. We did go right to the end.

We did Vancouver to Hawaii. In 2023. Had rough seas the first 2 days. Did the picture with all the characters too. Watching this made relive our trip and went to find my pictures and look again.

That road to Hana is something, eh? I would love to do it again but when I am staying on the island and we can leave early and maybe stay in Hana so we can enjoy all of the stops!
