Don't you just hate when the real world get in the way of DISing?

It sounds like you are in a sunny mood and doing just swell. I love that cheat free bear and how his number just keep getting bigger and bigger! Good for you. You can make good choices - like you said ealier in one of your posts, sometims you got take things minute by minute but you can be successful!

Final recap for Wednesday 3/24:
1. Meds & vitamins taken 24/24 100%
2. Water - 70+ oz 24/24 100%
3. Food - OK, this was 2 days ago but I know I was under my carbs for the day 17/24 71%
4. Exercise - Pilates deluxe 22/24 92%

Final recap for Thursday 3/25:
1. Meds & vitamins - yep 25/25 100%
2. Water - 64+ oz 25/25 100%
3. Food - protein bar (3g) + cashews (8g) + Subway wrap (12g) + peanuts (4g) + grilled cheese sandwich (14g) + CarbSmart ice cream bar (5g) + a couple bites homemade applesauce (10g) = 56g carbs 18/25 72%
4. Exercise - Pilates deluxe & a half mile with the puppy 23/25 92%

I still have another half day of training tomorrow, and plenty of work to finish at the office in the afternoon. The training has been very worthwhile - I'll be using this stuff a lot!

Home has been very busy this week - running around every night. Tonight I'm finishing this journal entry and getting to bed early for a change.

I'll be spending the weekend catching up on journals - I promise!! You all have been so wonderful and supportive of me in spite of me being away from your journals and I truly appreciate it! :grouphug:

Sorry to post and run, but I'm exhausted! In my earlier days I would have "crashed" with my depression by now. I'm physically and mentally very tired but I have not crashed and ceased to function in spite of the stresses and busyness at work and at home. I'm feeling very good about this! Maybe I'm becoming more able to handle life again?? I hope so!! ::yes::

Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers! :sunny:
 
Doe I have been missing you! I am glad your training is almost over, that way you can be on WISH more often! :) I know, purely selfish reasons.

I lent the book you gave me to a friend today who is trying to lose some weight since her pregnancy. She has always been a low fat person.

Goals:
1. Meds & vitamins must be taken - haven't done this yet.
2. Water - at leat 60 oz. - have barely started.
3. Food - 60g or less of carbs - haven't eaten anything and I have no plan for the day.
4. Exercise - haven't done any yet.

Do we see a pattern here??? :teeth:

I'm a bit behind this morning, but I'm not going to let that derail me. I'll find a way to meet my goals today, in spite of training and a mountain of work at the office. Why, you ask??? Because I am princess: Doe-Doe of the WISH!!! ::yes:: :teeth:

My WISH buds, you are all wonderful!! :sunny:

The goals so far:
1. Just took my meds & vitamins!
2. Water - I've lost track but I'm sure I've had at least 35 oz. I'll be drinking more this afternoon.
3. Food - B was peanuts (2g) from the EVM. L was a Subway wrap (12g). Not sure about dinner but I'll be on track!
4. Exercise - I'm going to walk the pup as soon as I get home - at least a mile. It is GORGEOUS outside today!!! I was out in short sleeves over lunch hour!! :sunny:

I'm well on my way to a positively wonderful day! Training is officially over and I'm very pleased with all I learned. I have some serious work to get done this afternoon but I can handle it.

Tonight DD is going to a birthday sleepover at a friend's house. DS is going to play rehearsal. I think I may try to talk DH into Outback Steakhouse - we can call our order in, hop in the car with the puppy and pick it up, bring it home and have a nice quiet dinner for 2! Hmmm, I could include some candlelight and use the good china for a nice change of pace!

Tomorrow, I have to take DD to the eye doctor for new contacts. In the evening we're taking my parents out to dinner to celebrate their 47 years of wedded bliss. Sunday holds a mom-daughter shopping trip to Victoria's Secret. DD got her costumes for her dance / baton recital. Of course they are very form fitting and will require a strapless bra & some undies that don't show. I think I'll go bra shopping for me too. ;) After all, I AM a princess: !

OK, time to get back to work! :sunny:
