3. Food - protein bar (3g) + cashews (8g) + Subway wrap (12g) + peanuts (4g) + grilled cheese sandwich (14g) + CarbSmart ice cream bar (5g) + a couple bites homemade applesauce (10g) = 56g carbs 18/25 72%
4. Exercise - Pilates deluxe & a half mile with the puppy 23/25 92%
I still have another half day of training tomorrow, and plenty of work to finish at the office in the afternoon. The training has been very worthwhile - I'll be using this stuff a lot!
Home has been very busy this week - running around every night. Tonight I'm finishing this journal entry and getting to bed early for a change.
I'll be spending the weekend catching up on journals - I promise!! You all have been so wonderful and supportive of me in spite of me being away from your journals and I truly appreciate it!
Sorry to post and run, but I'm exhausted! In my earlier days I would have "crashed" with my depression by now. I'm physically and mentally very tired but I have not crashed and ceased to function in spite of the stresses and busyness at work and at home. I'm feeling very good about this! Maybe I'm becoming more able to handle life again?? I hope so!!
