The days of July are just flying by!
My class went very well. The students all told me how much they learned and how much they appreciated the information - a good feeling! I finished up yesterday afternoon. I did my 2 miles last night at 9:30 PM, after we got home from DD's tennis lesson. DD went with me. Then I stayed up to start Harry Potter, book 6!

Yes, I finally finished book 5 and got to start the new one.
Today is a new day!
1. Devotions - Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. - Ephesians 6:13 When we have done all that we can do about a given matter, we are not to get worried or in a panic or be filled with anxiety, but take a calm philosophical attitude concerning it. When you have done all that you can do, don't try to do any more, just "stand." Relax, stop, be quiet, don't fuss about it; you have done everything possible; leave the results to God. (Norman Vincent Peale)
2. Pills - taken.
3. Water - will be drinking lots.
4. Healthy eating - B was yogurt w/ walnuts. No more food until after I have blood work done this afternoon. Dinner will be baked chicken and <gasp!> mashed potatoes. I'm going to splurge a bit! I will however be keeping a close eye on my portion size.

5. Exercise - I have another 2 miles on the calendar for today. I'll do it later this evening, but preferably before sunset. I really don't like running in the dark!

6. Scale - 154 and steady.
I work until noon today and then head to the doctor's office. I'm having blood drawn for lab work, a mammogram (my first!) and a biopsy for a spot on my jawline that looks "suspicious." My results from my stress EKG showed that all is well with my heart so no worries there.

This evening I'll be making a proper dinner (for a change), getting my 2 miles in, and reading HP book 6. Sounds like a pretty good day to me!
