Okay, I paid on 2/5 for a wonder tote on ebay, and it was supposed to be shipped in a large flat rate box (which I know is automatically priority mail, 2-4 days) plus it's supposed to come from NY and I am in NJ...it was supposedly shipped early last week and it has not arrived.... seller will not provide tracking and has made excuses why they couldn't provide delivery confirmation #...
My question is: How long should I wait before I let the seller know that I am going to report a problem... the end of the month? another week??
I am going to give them a chance to make it right, but I should've known better than to deal with someone with less than 99% pos feedback. It's my own fault.
yes I know we had snow up here, but i was told it was shipped a certain day and it should've been here by now, or today at the very latest.
