I just bought the large black tote and will post some photos later tonight. (Husband has the camera for Santa photos)

The tote does not have a zipper across the top, but does have a small zipper compartment. It also has a cellphone pocket which is very nice. The buckle is a real buckle and the bag has snaps on both sides. I was a little worried about the bag not zippering on the top, but I really like the bag. The snaps make the top of the bag close most of the way and when you need something out you can usually get it by unsnapping the side. The one part of the bag I really like is the strap for your keys. I am constantly losing my keys in my bag and this solves that problem. Also the tote has metal studs on the bottom to protect the bottom of your bag.

I also spent a lot of time looking at the zipper bag. I LOVED the rainbow zipper. It was so cute. I spent about 30 minutes at DTD trying to decide between the two bags.

It's hard to say. When I was looking at them I didn't think there was much of a difference, but since I have been using the tote I am surprised how much I can fit in it. I was out today and got a DVD and picked up 50 Christmas Card and that all fit in the bag in addition to my regular purse items. I think they are about the same height, but the tote has a much wider bottom. I wish I could have bought the zipper purse too so I could show you them side by side. I really had trouble deciding.

My bag is L 12" x W 6.5" x H 11"

I think the other bag is the same as the Large Tassle Zipper top that D&B has on their website. They have that listed as L 13" W 4" H 9".

I love these............ I hate these! They are gonna get me in so much trouble. I am such a Dooney girl. And fortunately, or unfortunately, my husband is an enabler! I got the white tote when we were there a couple of weeks ago, then I return home and see this new black one on here. Come on.... I just got another new Dooney in the mail today, the one that was on QVC over the weekend (TSV), awesome red leather for a great price.... and now I want this one too. Then there will be another new one next month, and the next, and the next...... Can't wait to see all that Dooney and Disney have in store. We all are gonna be in the poor house with our designer bags!!!

Oh no, those pics of the black one make me want it more!!!!!!!!!!! Dh saw me looking at this and said, "they have a new one?" I said, yep, and it's pretty. He says, better sell your white one on ebay then, hmph! He's right though, no way I can have both. But they are both so pretty!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd really like to see what the barrel one looks like.

Yes lined inside...looks like he larger white tote is lined with red fabric. Apparently the tassle tote is not though!

So much talk about a purse!

The patterns are cute. But I guess they are not for me. I am not a purse user. I end up leaving it in the car and taking only my wallet with me. I love winter when I can throw everything I need in my coat pocket.

My fave is a tiny little zippered pocket that just fits credit cards, etc. and some cash. It attatches to my keys and I am set to go!

If I need more (lunch and books to work), I carry a canvas boat tote bag.

I got the White "doodle-style" Tassle tote on my October trip, and I think Santa might be bringing the larger tote soon But I never saw the Black!!! It's AMAZING! Oh no... Santa might need to go back to WDW to get it for me!
