I never got an "item shipped e-mail" but my cyber Monday order just came Thank goodness my first graders are down in art so I could open the box Oh, my gosh, I absolutely love my new Colette I haven't even taken it out of the plastic yet and will have to wait until I get home but that is o-kay because I have it Without this thread and all my new BFF's I, too, would never have known about the medallion I will send them an e-mail about my missing medallion when I get home Thanks for the contact information

INCREDIBLY frustrated with Disney right now. I first ordered a Harvey messenger before the Thanksgiving holiday. Then, I ordered the small balloon in black, and in yet another order on cyber Monday I ordered the drawstring balloon.

As you all know.....no hangtags.....no call back either...when exactly are they planning to "rectify this with the manufacturer?"

But, biggest frustration right now is lack of response on mishandling of the Harvey bag. The wrong bag was shipped. I called. They sent UPS. I told the Agent straight up that my home is gated, and I work. I would not be there for UPS. She said wait for the notification and contact UPS to arrange a delivery to their office. Of course, as I knew would be the case, UPS said I was crazy and I needed a return label from Disney. 10 days ago I called and was told they would e-mail one. NOTHING YET.

I sat on hold forever this morning to once again deal with these issues. I had to spoken with perhaps the dimmest person they've ever hired. I really don't make a habit of being ugly about service folk-I work in Customer Relations...I get it. But she DID NOT GET IT AT ALL. She never understood one thing I was explaining and acted like there were no notes on any of the THREE orders. I finally after 1 hour asked that she have a Supervisor call me.

Taking bets on when/if I get that call......really bad taste in the mouth right now, and I probably give 50 percent of my check to Disney as a DVC junkie and overall Disney freak.

Feel better after venting....and I didn't eat chocolate....thanks!

Too bad you ordered the medium, Tink is perfectly placed on the one I don't want, but it's the large, otherwise I'd say let's trade. I thought if someone loved Tink and the castle (which I do but not as much as Mickey and Minnie) this bag would be perfect!

Here's their reply:

"Upon reviewing your concern, I am happy to inform you, I have sent a request for a part replacement for the Heart Medallion. I will contact you as
soon as I receive a response. If this does not resolve your concern or if you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at (800) 328-0368."

If I don't receive anything soon, I'll contact D&B directly.

Well...I am the one who started the whole medallion thing by asking on here if anyone else was missing theirs. I have gotten nowhere with Disney. Emailed them and their response was to get me a new bag. I promptly said no...that wouldnt fix the issue as I was sure the new bag would come the same way. So they said OK...they would cancel the UPS pickup (Clearly they didn't cancel...as he showed up a couple days ago). I told Disney they just needed to make good on what the picture and description of the bag on their website showed (medallion on the bags), and see that I get a medallion. Last email I received was that they would look into the issue. Of course I have heard nothing more...and this was sometime last week, I guess. I have kind of been waiting to see what everyone else gets as a response before I contact them again. It may seem petty to some, but I'm sorry...it just feels like something is missing without the medallion on the bag. Still waiting for my cyber Monday order too...received an email that it shipped, but when I try to track it, it doesn't tell me much. Just a little frustrated with Disney and their D&B bags and their shipping at the moment.

You guys are going to love this....Disney has now changed the picture and product description for the balloon drawstring bag to not include the medallion!! Just called Disney and they are saying it doesnt come with it now! Did anyone save the pic and product description so I can email it to Dooney directly?

Dont know if this has been addressed on here. I did a search and came up with how to clean the other D&B purses but not the one I have.

I finally broke down and bought the D&B, I fell in love with. Its the Mickey Face Dome (navy and white) and is cloth.

I was so excited to see the pen pockets in the purse, untill one of my pens leaked all over my purse. Granted the green matches

anyway, I went on the D&B website, but they didnt really have any thing with cleaning instructions that matched my purse.

I am almost to the point of just taking it to a dry cleaners to see if they can get the ink out and not ruin the material of the purse.

Any suggestions?

The person in charge of getting the medallions from Dooney has reported it is not going to happen.I was told I can return the bag or they would offer me a 15% off discount for my bag. Still hoping Dooney will come through...

WOW!! I notice the photo and description for the white balloons Collette still has the heart medallion.

And I was told that is the only bag in the line that came from Dooney with the medallion.

I did have her give me the 15% off discount but I am still working with Dooney to get the medallion.

What a mess!

I received an email today from Disney that said they would be working on getting me my medallions for the two purses I ordered.

REALLY???

They were advertised that way and should be shipped that way!!! I have just placed the order for my 7th Disney D & B bag and I bet it won't have a tag either. GRRRR!!!

I should have known when the zipper pull fell off my original Wonder barrel bag less than four months after I bought it. I emailed Dooney and they told me I had to deal with Disney. I called Disney and instead of mailing me a small leather piece to replace my zipper pull, they wanted my whole bag back. Then they wanted proof of purchase and all that stuff. I explained that I had purchased it several months prior and no longer had the receipt. They then did not want to do anything since it had been over 90 days. They finally agreed to exchange my bag and I refused. I picked the bag for the color and placement of the Mickeys and did not want another.

I finally ended up taking it to a leather repair shop and paying $12 to have a new leather zipper pull made. It actually is much nicer than the original one, my only complaint is that I did ask them to use yellow thread like the original one had and they used black thread.

I would like that when you are buying a purse at this price point that both Disney and Dooney would be more willing to stand by their product. Then again, stupid me keeps buying them!!!

Hi godalejunior, I am sorry but I only saved the photo and description for the Colette because that was the one I was getting The Disneyland 55th line all come with a duck medallion, the Wonder line comes with the duck medallion, the Sketch line comes with the heart medallion, the princess line comes with the heart medallion and even most wristlets have medallions but no medallions on the balloon line That makes no sense at all
