You guys are going to love this....Disney has now changed the picture and product description for the balloon drawstring bag to not include the medallion!! Just called Disney and they are saying it doesnt come with it now! Did anyone save the pic and product description so I can email it to Dooney directly?

I knew they were going to do that! I do have the screen prints of the Black Balloon Satchel and Mini Margot with the descriptions. I also happen to still have the page up on my PC with all the Dooney pictures, so if those are not the ones you need, I still should be able to screen print the picture of the one that you need.

I just got off the phone with Disney CS. I have been worried because my Fedex tracking number has never been updated in the system since I received the shipping confirmation on Monday.

Aparently, I need to put 02 before my tracking number in order to see it... I have no idea why that is.

Anyway, my package is in MA now, so hopefully it will get here eventually. The estimated delivery date is 12/14! I ordered it on 11/29. I am not a fan of the Fedex smart ship!

I do have the screen shot saved of the Susanna tote since that is the bag that I ordered. Of course, I have to get the bag first before I can complain about the missing tag.

HI everyone - I had heard a long while back that Dooney was not providing their normal warrantee on the Disney line of bags, so I do not have high hopes that either Disney or Dooney will provie the medalions. I am sure there are so many that they will just decide not to supply them and tell us all that they were never intended to have them.

Same issue on the yellowing of the white bags and zipper issues, handle issues etc - I bet that Dooney does not fix any of that. I hope the person that sent their white bag that is yellowing will update us all with what Dooney does - I will be interested to know.

I don't know why they would not honor their normal warrantee - I don't think they should do a collaboration line like this unless they are prepared to make a quality product with the warrantee.

I hope there is some good news though for someone on these issues.

Hi someone had asked for pics of the balck balloon letter carrier and the sketch letter carrier. In height, the black balloon LC is smaller. I'm not sure whether I'll be keeping the black LC.

Does the black one have the same length strap as the sketch LC? I love the balloon print, but I don't know if I'd want it on a big bag, that small one looks perfect if the strap is really long like the sketch!

The strap on the margot is 48" adjustable . Not sure on the sketch letter carrier since I don't have a measuring tape nearby. Hope that helps

My balloon wristlet that I ordered off of ebay (and no....I did not pay over $100 for it) arrived without a tag as well. You can see where it should have been attached, but....no tag.

The Disneystore.com has them for time to time.I first saw it for back to school but a day after I try to order it and it was sold out. DH order the bag a week before thanksgiving and now it seems to be sold out again. Keep checking the Disney store they have a matching wallet too. Someone said earlier that they had try to look for it in Disney and didn't find it. So far what I seen from the isabella fiore disney collaboration is this minnie bags and a snow white handbag
also sold out.

I couldn't agree more with you. I got the first edition of the sketch dooney and bourke when it first came out and I wasn't 100% happy with it their quality is not very good and they don't provide a dust bag (I still love the design). In fact we were at the Grand Floridian and a CM came to me and ask me about the bag I told her it was a D&B and she she "No you mean a fake one" not sure if it was because they were new or because of the quality of it . I was very exited when I saw the Isabella Fiore bags I hope disney starts working more with other handbag designers.

Too many pages to look through I have the sketch ginormous bag and it has gotten dirty on the back and front - I cleaned the front with soap and water and mostly it came up (a little still but not too bad) but the back is not coming clean. Any suggestions?
