also is the collete white ballons smaller than the big white sketch ??? I sure hope it is less wide at the bottom ?? is it ??? I so hope for a late gift from santa when we are there late january

just a little pep talk: don't settle! When you paid for your bag it became yours, regardless of shipping it. Your bag was swapped out and you should get your bag. Call again and ask for a supervisor. They should pick this one up and send your replacement w/o additional charges. We have all spent a ton of time on placement and it's most important on the sketch bags. Your story was so amazing I can't imagine you not having your dream bag. Get a supervisor, tell them your story and then tell them that your bag was not sent. There's no excuse for that. And don't feel bad about it. You deserve the present that your husband saved to get you. Please call them again. Ok, I'm done .

Thanks, I met my DH for dinner tonight on his dinner break and we talked about it, he said he'd rather pay the shipping to send it back and have me have one that makes me happy so I plan to, but maybe I will call one again tomorrow using your suggestion.

I tried the black balloon drawstring bag on in the store. It's really cute but the straps were too short for me - I like a longer shoulder strap. The shape is great though. I bought the black balloon satchel. Also the Collette is significantly less wide than the white sketch tote, 5 inches across the bottom versus 7. Hope this helps!

The strap adjusts...I went ahead and put mine on the next notch to make the strap longer and it works great!

I wrote to the Disney store regarding the missing medallion. They said they are waiting to hear from the mfg. regarding the issue and will get back to me.

I wanted this bag, but it sold out so quickly and then I never saw it reappear. Did it reappear at some time? I looked for it last week in the park and Downtown Disney, but no luck.

Yes it is hard to get actually DH order it for our anniversary but I thought it was something else when it got here so I open it . I tried to order it before and it seems it sells out with in a few days. I will post a picture later today.

Go on the DS website; click on the "Contact Us" link at the top right. You can send them an email concerning your order.

Wow, I cannot believe your Cyber Monday order is still pending!! I have an order from Sunday 11/28 that I placed with Deep Discount DVD and it is also still pending. CANNOT get thru on the phone lines and the email I sent them Monday has not been answered.
