On that wonder tote, how does it close? It looks like it is a buckle. I like the shape of that bag the best, but it seems like having a buckle closure would be a major pain. Is it a fake buckle that snaps or do you really have to buckle it each time? Thanks!

It has a real buckle, but much like my sketch tote I just leave it open...

Do the wristlet fit into the letter carrier ???? as I want to use my wristlet as some king of wallet so for those experts in D&B out here who have both sizes can you tell me if it fits ???

Yes the messenger is quite a bit bigger than the letter carrier. I know that the colored sketch wristlets will fit in the letter carrier, I don't have the DL 55th wristlet so not sure about that one it is a bit larger than the sketch wristlets.

The DL 55 letter carrier and wristlet are exactly the same width. So in order to put the wristlet in the letter carrier, you would have to stand it up lengthwise. It does come close to fitting that way, but you can't quite zip the letter carrier with it in. I guess you might be able to make it fit if you squished it, but I'm not going to try that with mine. Sorry

I'm sorry if this has been posted already...I searched thru several pages of this thread, but couldn't find the retails for the Disneyland 55th bags. Does anyone know the retails? Are they the same prices as the Sketch pattern...or are they more expensive? Also....Is the letter carrier large enough to put a camera in? I do not consider my camera "pocketable", and although it doesn't have the large protruding lens, it does take up some space. Due to having 10X zoom, it isn't quite as sleek and thin as most compact cameras. Whatever bag I end up with needs to have space for my camera. I won't likely carry much in it besides that, but want to make sure that it will fit before buying. Thanks for all the info.

The letter carrier isn't that big... it would prob fit it, but you wouldn't have room for much else. I'd recommend the messenger.

Thoughts? I'm watching a bag on ebay that says it is new. I sent the seller a message asking if it still had tags attached and they said yes. I can't see any tags on the pic and the duck medallion looks to be missing. Is that usually already attached or is it inside the bag when you first get it? Says they won't accept returns, too. Do I need to worry about Disney Dooney fakes?!?

I'm considering selling my 55th cosmetic bag on ebay... what did everyone on here pay for theirs on ebay?? I am only thinking about it, because alot of them are going for $100 and above... which would help fund my Cruise bag that I kinda want to get on our cruise in Oct. But I haven't sold anything on ebay in YEARS!!!! Anyone on here interested?? What should I ask for pricing?? Ebay ladies, help me out here!!!

i can understand the 55th anniversary bag on ebay but why would you pay same price or higher to take a chance on ebay when you can buy all the other bags either at wdw or online?

if the 55th is only at disneyland i totally understand wanting to buy it on ebay same as the cruise bag but unless there is a huge mark down for the other bags i just don't get it.

i'd much rather buy from disney then ebay for the same price.

i would take the chance if you are looking for a certain print placement as this would not be guaranteed from disney online. i have bought more than half of my disney dooneys from ebay and have always been pleased with the result.

i just did a search through the completed listings on ebay. on the high end of things, the most one has sold for recently is $125 shipped and on the low end, $99.95. with seller fees and paypal fees deducted, youre probably still looking at around $100.

Hi, if it for some reason was a fake-I have not looked at the listing but you would be covered by Paypal buyer protection. Even if the bag arrived not as described you would be protected. I sell a lot on eBay and I put no returns but I have done them. Some of the reasons were pretty stupid-example: a woman won an almost 20 year old Vera Bradley purse that was stated as used for $6.50 and when she got it she right away sent me a nasty email. What do you expect for a purse that old that has been used some? So, I refunded just to not have to deal with her.

Just be careful who you buy from and read about the buyer protection. I hope this helps some. I doubt they would have Disney fakes but you never know.

If they won't give you more pictures then I would find a different seller. It only takes a few minutes to send pictures.

I think I see the bag you are talking about and I would stay away from that one too. That seller has 40 negative feedbacks. Something better will come along I'm sure.
