Can you put 3 adult and 1 child worn poncho's back in a gallon size zip lock bag?

I dont thik its possible. When it was me and husband we had our ponchos in a little disney bag.Its crazy that they get them in the little bags they come in,but u never can get them that small.

I just took our used ponchos back to Disney with us. there were 3 adults and 2 childs poncho I took with me. I don't remember how many were in each bag but I only had to zip lock bags and 5 pounchos. I think anything is possible.

When rolled up as tight as I can possiblyu get it, my trusty Mickey poncho is no smaller than a 20oz bottle of Coke.

Getting 4 ponchos into a single 1-gallon Ziploc would be a tight squeeze, particularly if they are worn and you don't take the time to squeeze all the air out of them.

However, you should be able to get 2 ponchos into a 1-gallon Ziploc, so just take an additional bag with you and you'll be fine.

In fact, take several extra Ziplocs with you so that you'll have one to use for each camera or camcorder - keeps them dry during liquid sunshine events and on water rides.

This is exactly why I use the 79-cent "disposable" ponchos! They are small enough (in their original packaging) to tuck into a pocket or fanny pack, and you don't have to try to fold them back down again like the WDW ponchos. Toss them after you use them - they're so inexpensive, you could buy 7 or 8 for the money you spend on a WDW poncho.

(That said, though, I think I might invest in a WDW poncho if it was truly going to rain all day long. The time of year we go, we might get a shower or two that lasts an hour the whole week we're there. Last trip, it only rained once. If it was going to rain all day, especially for two or three days, I'd invest in a heavier-weight WDW poncho.)

I totally agree. Everybody carries their own ponchos as they are so small.

Yep, we get the el cheapo ponchos and when we're done with them, as long as they are not torn we will give them to someone going onto a water ride rather than just toss 'em. Last year I got horrible chafing on our first day from my jean shorts getting wet on Splash Mountain, so now I'm obsessive about buying/bringing cheap ponchos, but I hate trying to fit them back into the bag or a pocket! Once I actually was able to get one back into the little pouch it came in, and I'm sure some people on Main Street thought I was a crazy woman because I was SO excited about it! Sometimes we will stuff them into a Disney bag from a store - you can just ask for an extra one - and hang it with a carabiner clip from the stroller if it's a rainy day and we might need them later.

You can get decent ponchos at Target in the camping section for $0.89 cents, but they only come in one size. Target's Dollar Spot has kid-size ponchos right now in a bunch of fun bright colors, these are great for my DD3.

The cheapo ponchos also don't seem to have that plasticky smell that the WDW ones do. I just can't spend $7.00 on a poncho at WDW -- although I have done it before I got so smart. ;)
