Dont know which hotel

So my friend and I are going to Orlando from oct 3-6. we're getting in at night. I'm waiting to hear from my friend (who works at disney) if she can get us a discount at the all star sports hotel. If we can, that would be great. transportation from the airport to the hotel, vice versa. but I'm not 100% sure she can yet so I'm trying to find a back up plan. (just to be safe) I haven't found any hotels that have shuttle service to and from the airport AND shuttle service to Disney world.(only the resorts obviously) I've only found hotels that have transportation to disney for free or just shuttle to the airport. Not both.
I think we're going to magic Kingdom for one day.

I'm trying to find the cheapest hotel and transportation to get around. I think we wanna go to downtown disney and possibly a club too and check those out.

Does anyone have any tips on how and where to get to disney and the hotels, transportation and what hotels would be best(and the cheapest) Thanks!!

Have you checked pricing at All stars without your friends discount? Or Pop? that way you will have both airport transfers and also park transfers. If you have AAA call Disney to see if they have any room only discount rooms.

I don't know of any hotels that offer both types of transfers together so you'd likely need to rent a car which may/may not be an option depending on your age? Also, if renting a car and staying off property you will have to pay to park at the theme parks & I think its either $11 or $12 a day. Once you factor that cost in along with the cost of the actual car you may be better off staying on Disney property and taking a taxi to a club.
