Don't give up!

I know there are many of these posts, but I thought I would throw my input into the mix. On the day of your reservations, if you don't get everything you want.....don't give up!! I had my list on what I wanted. I even had them all pulled up on separate tabs on my computer. I didn't get my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice. But, the very next day, I was able to get them. And then some. Here is my lineup (yes I know it's a lot of food but that's an important part of my Disney experience)

Storybook Dining
Boma (breakfast)
Yak & Yeti (I have a gift card so it might just be for tuna nachos)
Cinderella's Royal Table
San Angel Inn
Topolino's (breakfast)
Sci-Fi

I'm still on the fence with Storybook. I have it but to keep it has to replace Raglan Road. Which is my favorite restaurant. I keep going back and forth with keeping it or canceling it. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Again.. DON'T GIVE UP if you don't get your choices the first time around.

Last time out (Sep '21) we were there for 2 weeks. I found the 60 day window a lot easier to deal with. At 60 days I had a much better idea of where we were going to be and how dining fit in logistically that I could have never done with a 180 day window. For some, like CRT and Topolino's, I had to change plans to accommodate what I could land but for the most part I was able to get what I wanted when I wanted by creeping along the 60 day lead each day through the 14 day itinerary. Ultimately managed to get ADR to:

Sanaa
CA Grill (fireworks)
Topolino's (fireworks)
Toledo's (fireworks)
CRT
Tiffin's
Oga's (twice!)
Brown Derby
Chefs de France
Yak & Yeti
Raglan Road
Morimoto
Kona
San Angel Inn
Skippers Canteen

I had also gotten one at Ohana but gave it up to go try and get into Space 220 on opening day (made it!) and also had one at Jaleo, giving that up to go to Wine Bar George instead.
