Doing 1 day at USO/IOA, question of timing

My 2 teenaged daughters and myself are headed to the World at the end of November, beginning of December.

We have 5 park days at Disney and 1 day to do USO/IOA.

We are staying on Disney property. Will likely use Uber as mode of transportation for our day off property.

I don't want to split our Disney days in half so we will either do our Universal day on the first available park day or the last day.

The first possible day is November 30. Crowd level predicted to be 3 for USO and 4 for IOA. The parks close at 6/7pm that day.

The last possible day is Dec 5. Crowd level predicted at a 2 for USO and 3 for IOA. Both parks open til 7 that night.

I have not been to USO since 1994 and my girls have never been. We have been to Disney several times.

I have read others state that their experience of USO/IOA was somewhat diminished after doing Disney first.

My question is this... For those that have done a day at USO/IOA, considering these options, which day would you choose?

November 30 with slightly higher crowds and less time OR December 5 with lower crowds and longer hours (with the possibility of our experience being slightly diminished after a week at Disney)?

Thanks so much for any help!

You have to keep in mind that Disney and Universal are different parks. And I could go on listing pros and cons for both but that would be too long. I love Disney, have had an AP for it for the past 15 years, visit the parks almost every week. I go to Universal about 4 times a year, just one day (my son works there so he can get us in with his comp tickets) and I can tell you that Universal parks are fun, the team members working there are just as nice as the Disney ones you just have to give it a chance. The only thing lacking from Universal that Disney really knows how to do is entertainment, as in parades and fireworks. But Universal has some of the best attractions in Orlando and the best immersive experience in both their HP lands.
That being said I would do Dec. 5th. Get to Universal an hour before the park opens and you'll be able to do a lot.
