Your planning a trip to WDW :lmao: I can't stay off The Dis long enough to get everything done:laundy: Does anyone else have this problem. Oh well I guess after our trip, it will be time for spring cleaning :rotfl2:

It's not just me, huh???

And it's not just housework, it's my poor kids, too! "okay, honey, I will start dinner soon...Let me just finish reading this thread.....!"

I guess I am in big trouble cause our trip isn't until 12/22 !! :santa:

I have to schedule dis planning time and cleaning time. Cleaning time is usually 2-3 pm. Ya know right before the kids and hubby come home. Makes it look like I have done something.

This is so funny. I was just telling my mom that I really needed to put away all my laundry and get some work done, but that I just can't get my nose out of the computer long enough to get it all done! I discovered this board a few weeks ago and now I'm hooked. I guess I'll get it done sooner or later.

OH MY  You are me! Since my DH doesn't work the exact same hours everyday, I'll actually call him sometimes to find out just how long I'll have to throw the house together. You can find me on the Dis until the very last minute :rotfl:

My house stays VERY CLEAN the week before we go to Disney, I have everything in order before we leave.. because there is nothing more that I hate than to come home to a dirty cluttered house. It feels so nice to come home from that long drive and just sit down for a little while before I have to drag all the luggage and souveniers in and make another mess for myself. Now it does take me about a week after our trip to get all the laundry done and put away. :laundy:

I always clean my house right after I take DD6 to school (around 7:45 as) so that I have time to get on the computer and watch all the soaps on CBS...LOL :goodvibes

I admit I spend way too much time on this and other discussion boards, but its my outlet.

It seems its always a race to the finish before a tirp, but I do leave a neat house. For one thing, I don't want to come home to a mess, not a way to end a trip! But the main motivator is we hire a pet sitter to take care of our cats and I'm too embarassed to leave a messy house for her!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that does this!!

I find if I spray some furniture polish in the air people think I've been cleaning all day!:rotfl2:

Its our dirty little secret....lol I do clean my house **** and span before leaving. I find I instantly get miserable if I come home to a messy house.

Here's my secret: www.flylady.net!

Seriously, just following her crisis cleaning plan makes everything nice and tidy, and I can use the mandatory break to be on the DIS!
