THANKS ALL I look forward to seeing what you all think and if im crazy!

I think it's do-able. I doubt that you'll get back from Sea World & want to go to DTD. That's gonna be a long day with travel back & forth.

What is your transporation method from/to the airport? That would be a factor in what time you'll make it to the resort & what time you need to leave for the airport.

Just remember to be as flexible as possible, based on your child's moods, the weather, etc. If your DD falls asleep in the stroller, maybe don't head back to the resort, just find a shady spot to grab a snack & people watch. We LOVE doing that when we magically get both kids to fall asleep in the stroller(s)!

You're gonna have a great time!

Maybe take a night for yourselves and utilize WDW's legendary babysitting service?

Looks good to me! Good to plan in those naps, esp with little ones. Will you be renting a car or using a shuttle to the airport? SOmetimes when you take a shuttle you have to leave earlier. I would plan on being at the airport no later than 10am...10:30am at the latest. You never know what the Security line will look like.

The only thing I might change a little are the dinner times. I have a 4 year old who has been to Disney a number of times. Even though you have an advanced reservation at say 7:00 p.m. you could still be waiting 30 minutes for a table which could mean you actually get your meal at 8:00 p.m. I tend to make our seatings earlier especially for the character meals. We tend to do Chef Mickey's when they open at 5:00 p.m. for dinner which is still crowded. We took our son when he was 2 and 3/4 for the first time and he loved it! I'm sure you'll have a great time.

I ditto what the previous poster says - I always plan for arrival at the airport 2 hours ahead of time with a 30 minute drive factored in I'd leave for the airport by 9:30 am. We've always found the curbside check and security checkin took a lot longer there than our home airport (which is smaller) of BWI.

We are taking the magical express (although i have heard not too magical) Anyway it saves money and thats what we are planning on

and the day we go to sea world we will get some sort of transportation.

Ok so i will rethink my times (we normally eat at home around 6:30pm) Im still confused if we should do 2 big meals in one day or plan a CS and a dinner.....

AHGGG this darn free dining is making it harder on me....i want to get the most bang for my buck and want to use what they have to offer.

I forgot to mention my DD has tree/peanut allergy so that is a factor for me as well...... Do you think we could bag out on Epcot all together?? Would we really be missing out with a 2.85 :rotfl2: year old

how many think that we will be able to check in early?? that would make all the difference in the world!!!

thanks!!
