Does that make me CRAZY?

Maybe not crazy, but a little fiscally irresponsible. :lmao:

I have to brush my teeth before and after I floss. I don't think I'm crazy, just attending to good dental hygiene. :lmao:

Is this Kidd Kraddick? I love that segment.

Yes I love listening to him in the morning. :rotfl:

I don't like eating from paper plates. It's something the way the paper feels and sounds when utensils are used/scrapped against it. I will if I have to but it is rare.

I can't describe it and trying to think of how it feels gives me the chills. lol

Just the way it feels when you press on it....the way it rubs up against itself.

I'm searching for a way to explain it, but I can't find the words.

Kind of like a touch version of squeaky?

:thumbsup2

It makes me grit my back teeth. Ugh...gives me the chills!

Let's see...if I get a sandwich somewhere (Subway, etc), I have to open the bread when I get ready to eat it, and rearrange it to my liking. I can't have hard pieces on the veggies - like near the stem for my jalapenos, or the thicker whites in the middle of tomato slices. So I pop the centers out of the those 2 veggies. I can't have any white in the lettuce has to be all green.

If I go to McD's, I get 2 cheese burgers and a small fry. But then I take the meat out and make it a pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard and french fry sandwich. The meat part goes in the trash or to my husband.

I sleep with my head at the opposite end of the bed 95% of the time. More comfy. Dh does it, too.

i cant stand thsound of things rubbing on a carpet, so much so that I can't have any carpeting in my house. Also I cant stand the sound of rope/string rubbing against eachother(its very similiar to the carpet sound) so I try to not use shoes that need shoelaces so I wont have to tie them.

I like the smell of gas and skunk

The gas one is probably cause I've been drenched in it, when I was 5 my dad let me pump his tank and I pulled the pump out without turning it off... he then took me to a mall where people could light up there smokes all around me... he's so smrt :upsidedow took my mom DAYS to get the smell off me

Last thing at night, after I've turned out all the lights and I'm walking to my bedroom, I only look straight down at the floor so I won't see any ghosts (or anything else scary except my dirty floors).

When I buy something (like furniture, a new camera, ipad, etc) I don't use it right away, I wait several months. < This drives the fam nuts, as they think I'm insane.

Wow you want the warenty to go away before you use it? that is a little on the crazy side

I like the smell of gas and skunk

I hate the smell of gasoline, but I don't mind the smell of skunk (from a distance). I think skunk smell reminds me of being in the country. It would stink to me if it was on me, but it isn't stinky to me if I just get a whiff.

When I go to the supermarket I have to buy things in even numbers if I need more than 1 of something... like 2, 4, 6...apples, cans of soup, bottles of soda, etc. I can buy 1 of something like a gallon of milk. My family makes fun of me all the time! :confused3

I've been known to drink the juice from cans of corn and cans of mushrooms.

What does it feel like to you that you don't like? Rough? Scratchy?
What do you wear ?

EDITED: NEVERMIND! I read it as that you could NOT handle clothing made from cotton. Sorry! But what is it about cotton balls?? They feel soft to me.

I think it might be the way they...kind of squeak. *shudder*

ETA: Should have read further. Yes, the touch version of squeaking!

I also can't stand scraping things. Almost all scraping actions.

I need to go sit in the corner and suck my thumb now.

I cannot zest citrus fruits. Watching zesting on food shows actually makes my back hurt, so I close my eyes. I know the fruit is not alive, but it seems like the cooks are scraping off the skin and that seems cruel. It's like if you're grating something and catch your finger on the sharp grater. That hurts, right? My mind associates the two.:scared:

However, I'm okay if someone tells me they zested a citrus fruit if they "killed" the fruit humanely first by slicing it in half.

Me too! :lmao: I was fifteen or so? My sister asked me to pump her tank and I didn't drive and had never done it before... I pulled it out and spilled it all over my pants. I didn't want to be late to school so I went anyway and I felt loopy the rest of the day.

I can't think of anything too nuts... but as for liking weird smells...

I love the smell of a hardware store when I first walk in, new shoes, and the plastic that floating devices are made from.
