Nope.
It's DVC. Only AKL has CL for DVC and I think that's because it was retrofitted rooms, not new construction. But I may be wrong about that part.

CL at any of the other resorts would qualify for the additional CL FP+. The Poly bungalows and CCV cabins also qualify. There are also some rooms at Swan/Dolphin that qualify and typically price out less than any of the CL rooms at WDW. Swan/Dolphin rooms do not have a CL however. I believe the CL rooms at Gran Destino also have the 90 day FP+ option and those rooms would price out less than a deluxe CL, typically.

I believe you can get extra FP+ with a DVC presentation? But I'm not 100% on that.

One other way of getting another FP+ is to book the Frozen Ever After dessert party as it includes a ride on FEA after the fireworks.

These are the Swan/Dolphin rooms included when WDW made the announcement:

• Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels – Presidential Suites, Governor Suites, Parlor Suites, Premium Alcove Rooms

You need to call Swan/Dolphin directly to book these rooms. They will then give you the contact info to book the 90 day FP+.

I can confirm you do get extra FPs (4 per person) for DVC sessions, as we did that during our trip this past week (and ended up buying into RIV). We got 4 FPs per person for the tour session and 4 per person for the session where we signed up. They gave FPs to the rest of our party as well, so it really spoiled us for this trip!

You also get $75/person in Disney credit for the tour session.

DVC is a timeshare and they got "stuck" with the CL at AKV. They have very deliberately and clearly chosen not to do CL ever again. They've opened 5 resorts since.

Yes, but we used them to supplement the FP+ we had booked for the popular rides, so it worked out great.
