Does DLR 2013 rooms go sale at a certain time?

Thinking about a Late March 2013 trip to DL and can't seem to find on site room prices due to packages not being available yet. Are packages for DL in 2013 available at the same time as WDW? I know WDW hasn't released those package and hotel rates, so I would assume they would be released at the same time. I want to price shop DL resorts versus offsite. Thanks for the help.

DLR will offer 2013 in late Summer. Special offers around Christmas.

Last year, there were special deals through the end of February. We went for 4 days staring March 8 so we just missed it. That was the beg. of spring break season. By our 3rd day it was very crowded and our last day was crazy crowded. We thought we would be early enough in the month for light crowds since Easter was in April. Easter in 2013 is March 31st so plan for crazy, CRAZY crowded if you go at the end of March, with high prices for hotels!
