Does anyone think that maybe Michael Jackson was murdered?

OMG. Will they (family) EVER do ANYTHING just for the sake of doing the right thing? Somehow I suspect this has some ulterior motive. Yes, PLEASE get your butts in gear and let him rest in peace. :sad2:

I have to agree. I am very suspicious as well. We have heard 3 different dates in the last 4 days. It keeps getting pushed back.

I too would have made the trip to Neverland someday. But also if he really hated Neverland, then I am wishy washy on wanting him there.
Not buried on his birthday? I'm sad about that. But in my heart I know he doesnt worry about that anymore... it's just those of us left behind.
Some days I feel OK about this now. And then once in a while (like yesterday) it hits me hard all over again. Out of the blue! :headache:

Where does a brilliant light go when it burns out? It cant just cease.
I am very upset I won't be able to visit his grave. I understand the need for security because of grave robbing, but couldn't there be a way where fans can go to pay their respects?

I know what you mean about being wishy washy about Neverland. I think it would have been the best option for the public to visit him which is why it outweighs everything else for me. Otherwise it wouldn't. I still can't help but wonder if Neverland will one day be opened to the public regardless of if he is buried there or not like Graceland. It think the public has a tremendous interest. I guess only time will tell on if that happens or not though.

It is all still very sad. Still hard to believe this brilliant and amazingly talented wonderful person is gone. :sad1:
I hope they decide to open Neverland Ranch and restore it to the way Michael had it before he died, I think that would be a fitting tribute/ apology to the way they treated him.
I still can't believe/accept that he is gone. My heart is broken, the pain still makes it hard to breath, it has been two months and his 51st birthday is coming up. :sad1::sad1::sad1:
It says it will be shown around the world. Maybe they corrected it??:confused3 I don't understand why it's only being shown for 2 weeks. Is that just a ploy to get everyone in and then they extend it or is it because they want to release the DVD by Christmas so it's only going to be shown in theatres for 2 weeks? Has anyone heard if it will be available on DVD? I will be furious if it isn't.
I cannot believe it will only be shown for two weeks. How pathetic, such a ploy to get money is outrageous. It HAD BETTER BE ON DVD.

MJ's burial has now been moved up to Sept. 3rd. Of course, that is again subject to change. They need to let the man rest in peace. Geesh!!

I am so sad that they aren't burying him on a his birthday, I think that would have been a fitting date to put him to rest.

Can no one make the right decisions? :headache:

OMG they killed him. I knew it, but to see it in print shook me.
Lethal dose of Propofol and two other drugs that doctor gave to him.
Poor sweet King, gone too soon by the hand of another (s).

I hope Doctor Conrad Murray pays for this for the rest of his pathetic life. And whoever else (if anyone else) was involved, too.

RIP sweet Michael.
Lord, wrap his babies in love today.

It's horrifying he was in that state with three children in the house.

Yes, I know he was an addict, and sick, but he had so many resources to get help, and chose not to.

Poor kids, that was such an unhealthy environment they were living in.

The doctor commited HOMICIDE. Yes, it's horrifying that the children were there when this was carried out. He should be charged with endangering children, too with all those drugs around.

I don't just mean on that day, but obviously this had been going on for years, with diffrent Drs.

Of course the Dr should be charged with everyting under the sun, who's arguing that?

But this Dr wasn't the first to be invovled in this. And he wasn't responsible for those children. MJ was their father, and the one responsible for their well being. Their physical, mental, emotional well being.

IMO, they are the only *completely* innocent victims in this tragedy

Personally, I think Elvis murdered him....he is still alive you know...or then again MJ is not dead he is living with Elvis incognito.

haha...that's a good one!!

I find myself catching little blurbs here and there and saying, what is true and what is speculation? Heck, I cant even decipher what is being said in all of the preceeding posts.

I think he was very troubled, and I think that he had people around him who did stuff for him because of the almighty dollar. Very sad. If true, I think his family is doing his fans a disservice by not being truthful in where/when burial was/is. If manslaughter, I hope they find who, and prosecute. I hope the kids can lead as normal of lives that they can, and find peace. I hope the media and public can leave them alone.

Im probably missing a lot here, but that is where I am...

Pretty much the same as those of us who have been reading everything.

Does he realize what he has done? By giving into Michael's "demands" he has taken the life of the most amazing person to have ever graced the earth with their presence.
He has stopped the heart of a man who has given his passion, soul, tears, and joy to the entire world through his singing and donations to those who were ill or misfortunate.
He has forever left a world in mourning over their beloved "King Of Pop," all because he decided to experiment with a mixture of drugs.
Don't use my idol as your guinea pig you disgusting, heartless, piece of *BLEEP.*

You have left three children with no father to take care of them and love him. I hope you rot in jail/hell.

:littleangel: Michael have sweet dreams in knowing that the truth will prevail. I keep your children in my thoughts and prayers and it comforts me to know that you are keeping a watchful eye out for them. You are deeply, deeply missed. Your image will never leave my heart and your music will never die. You are amazing my sweet angel.

I know. It's weird because I have been waiting for them to say it but when I read the word "homicide" and "Michael Murdered" it really hit me. It's so senseless and never should have happened. MJ should still be alive today. :sad1:

Rest in peace sweet angel MJ. :littleangel:

I couldn't believe it when I read it. I knew something was fishy when they were doing CPR on a soft surface. I have a CPR card and know it is to be done on a hard surface. And now waiting so long to call 911. I hope he goes to prison for a long time.

Curious what the current thoughts are: I know we wouldn't use propofol outwith a hospital or emergency setting but do they think the doctor was intentionally trying to kill him, or was he just acting outwith his capabilities? What are the theories about what the doctor was standing to gain by killing him?

Another article.. Sorry, but for some reason I couldn't copy the link.. It was on yahoo..

Official tells AP Jackson death ruled a homicide

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles County coroner's finding that the death of Michael Jackson was a homicide could mean criminal charges for his doctor, who told investigators that he administered a mix of powerful drugs to treat the pop star's insomnia hours before his death.

The homicide ruling was based on forensic tests that found the anesthetic propofol combined with at least two sedatives to kill Jackson, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Monday, speaking on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released.

While the finding does not necessarily mean a crime was committed, it means more likely that criminal charges will be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, the Las Vegas cardiologist who was caring for Jackson when he died June 25 in a rented Los Angeles mansion.

Through his lawyer, Murray has said he administered nothing that "should have" killed Jackson.

Murray told investigators that at the time of the King of Pop's death, he had been trying to wean Jackson off propofol. The doctor said he'd been treating Jackson for insomnia for about six weeks with 50 milligrams of the drug every night via an intravenous drip, a search warrant affidavit said.

Murray said he feared Jackson was becoming addicted to the anesthetic, which is supposed to be used only in hospitals and other advanced medical settings.

The affidavit unsealed in Houston, where Los Angeles police took materials from one of Murray's clinics last month as part of their manslaughter investigation, includes a detailed account of what detectives say Murray told them. Manslaughter is homicide without malice or premeditation.

Murray told detectives that he had lowered the propofol dose to 25 milligrams and added the sedatives lorazepam and midazolam two days prior to Jackson's death, a combination that succeeded in helping the pop star sleep. The next day, Murray said, he cut off the propofol — and Jackson fell asleep with just the two sedatives.

But on June 25, Murray said he tried unsuccessfully to make Jackson sleep with a series of drugs that included a 10-milligram tablet of Valium and repeated injections of two milligrams of lorazepam and two milligrams of midazolam.

When they didn't work, he gave in to Jackson's "repeated demands/requests" for propofol, which the singer called his "milk," according to the affidavit. Murray administered 25 milligrams of the white-colored liquid — a relatively small dose — and finally, Jackson fell asleep.

Murray remained with the sedated Jackson for about 10 minutes, then left for the bathroom, the affidavit said. Less than two minutes later, Murray returned — and found Jackson had stopped breathing.

Cell phone records show three separate calls from Murray's phone for between 11:18 a.m. and 12:05 p.m., the affidavit said. It's not clear who received the calls. Murray had told authorities he was administering CPR during that time.

In a statement posted late Monday on his firm's Web site, Murray's attorney Edward Chernoff questioned the timeline as depicted in the affidavit, calling it "police theory."

"Dr. Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11:00 a.m. not breathing," Chernoff said. He declined to comment on the homicide ruling, saying, "We will be happy to address the coroner's report when it is officially released."

The coroner's office has withheld its autopsy findings, citing a request from police to wait until their investigation is complete.

It is no surprise that such a combination of medications could kill someone, said Dr. David Zvara, anesthesia chairman at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

"All those drugs act in synergy with each other," Zvara said. Adding propofol on top of the other sedatives could have "tipped the balance" by depressing Jackson's breathing and ultimately stopping his heart.

The 25 milligrams of propofol "is not a whopping amount," said Lee Cantrell, director of the San Diego division of the California Poison Control System. It was the cocktail of the other sedatives, known as benzodiazepines, that "may have been the trigger that pushed him over the edge," Cantrell said.

"This is horrible polypharmacy," he said, referring to the interaction among the various drugs. "No one will treat an insomniac like this."

The affidavit, signed by a judge July 20, said that the coroner's office chief medical examiner told police his review of preliminary toxicology results showed "lethal levels of propofol."

Besides the propofol and two sedatives, the coroner's toxicology report found other substances in Jackson's system but they were not believed to have been a factor in the singer's death, the official told the AP.

Murray didn't tell paramedics or doctors at the UCLA hospital where Jackson was rushed about any drugs he administered other than lorazepam and flumazenil, a "rescue drug" to counteract problems from too much lorazepam, according to the affidavit.

It was only during a subsequent interview with Los Angeles Police detectives that Murray gave a more full accounting of the events leading up to the 911 call, the document said.

A call to the coroner's office was not returned Monday. A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's said no case had been presented so the office had nothing to comment on.

The line between safe and dangerous doses of propofol is thin, and according to the drug's guidelines a trained professional must always stay bedside. Home use of propofol is virtually unheard of — safe administration requires both a specially trained anesthesiologist and an array of lifesaving equipment. Murray was trained as a heart doctor, not a pain and sedation specialist.

Murray told investigators he didn't order or buy any propofol, but investigators served a search warrant Aug. 11 at a Las Vegas pharmacy and uncovered evidence showing Murray legally purchased from the store the propofol he gave Jackson on the day he died.

Jackson's family released a statement Monday, saying it has "full confidence" in the legal process and the efforts of investigators. It concludes: "The family looks forward to the day that justice can be served."

Dropping in to say...:sad2:! I am glad they are going to charge with doctor with homicide.

OMG, the drugs he gave him before his death and his behavior. Not even bothering to get MJ help when he went into cardiac arrest.

He was "in the bathroom", my foot. What a lying piece of garbage. :headache:

:sad1::sad:  That is sad. I couldnt watch it all. I paused it and will go back.

I have to say something... my dad, a grumpy old white dude who's always been a racist called me this morning. I could not believe he brought up Michael. And he spoke with respect like I NEVER hear him when he talks of anyone of any color other than his own (always a MAJOR rough spot for us). Of course I pointed a lot of things out that he never thought of, and he totally UNDERSTOOD. Ok, for a normal person this is nothing so spectacular... but you have to understand my father is a closed minded racist (you get the picture). I totally see where Michael even touched him. Changed him, even if just a little bit. If he could do that with MY DAD, my goodness, I cant wrap my head around what he must have done to others.

Michael Jackson touched the world.
I have proof.

2 months.
:guilty:
