Does anyone still fax requests?

I know that member services has asked that we not fax requests, but I am wondering if anyone still does and what have been the results? We will be arriving @ 9:00pm sat. night at BCV and I am not so worried about the view but I am concerned about getting stuck in a smoking or handicapped room. Any recent experiences?? Thanks

just ask at the front desk if the room is non-smoking and also ask if it is handicapped - arriving on Saturday night - you should have a choice (considering most members left on Friday morning).

next time on your reservations request non-smoking and no handicapped.

if when you arrive at your room and you can smell smoke - then definitely call the front desk back and complaint - if you like the room then housekeeping can sometimes get rid of most of the smell. If you don't like demand another room that is non-smoking and non-handicapped.

We have never felt a need to fax room requests. Haven't really had one we couldn't live with at OKW anyway.
