Does anyone like Stitch's Great Escape?

I don't hate it per se, but I don't think it's that great either. I do enjoy the pre-show a lot though. I think the space could be put to better use, so if it came down to it, I'd say get the building and put in something new. Still, I can enjoy a go with Stitch when I'm there.

I went on the Aliens version of this experience in 1998 when I was 14 and absolutely loved the terror it made me feel.

I went on the Stitch version of this experience in April this year and hated it. It wasn't funny, it made no sense, there was no sense of 'danger'... it was just... weird. Not slightly amusing. I won't be going back. Complete waste of time, unless you need an AC break; even then I'd opt for 15 minutes browsing a gift shop.

I actually like it - not that its my favorite or anything but it always puts a smile on my face. I am a big Stitch fan. We took my son when he was 8 - we explained what was going to happen to him before hand and he was fine. Now Bugs Life we didn't know about in advance and that scared him! He loves it now though. :o)

I thought it was cute and funny during the first watch, just like any "show" like Muppets 3-D or Tough to Be a Bug.
But, I liked the Stitch character. Worth going once.
My son would probably like it (didn't take him on his first two trips .. too young), but also probably get scared in parts.

It is just a weird attraction that doesn't really fit into any category. Boring for adults and too scary for young children. It just doesn't fit well into the park's target audience.

If there's nothing else to do or you have some time to kill its fine. I don't think it's terrible but it's not a great attraction and is pretty much just a way to get out of the sun and rest your feet. I miss the attraction before which was terrifying.

My 13 year old son loves it! I'd rather do just about anything else than ride it....

No one in my family is a fan and it's not even a considered ride when talking about what we want to do. If you are looking for a comfy place to take a rest, give CoP some love. Best place ever to kick back and catch some zzz's without a harness strapping you to a stationary chair.

I'm in the minority. We get a kick out of it, but we love stitch. My eldest (18) got Ohana tattooed on her side. I haunt Hot Topic for Stitch stuff and we just do goofy stuff in the ride. I can have fun on almost any ride. You should see and hear us sing A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow! It's all about what you make it:)

i Hate it.

I actually was one of the few who loved Alien Encounter. However, I read the history of it and I get why they modified it. I don't like it. I would prefer they tear it out and put the original alien encounter back into HS.

In either case, I hate the poor sad ride it's become. It's bad for adults and kids. It's a compromise the satisfies no one.

My 11 year old loves it. The rest of us hate it. So our trip in November my DH and I will rock/ paper/ scissors for who has to go on it with her.

It's ok. I say everything is worth trying once but your 4yo might get scared when the lights go out. It gets really dark and people tend to scream. If you can walk right in try it, otherwise skip it and head to Buzz Lightyear.

We liked it. We aren't frequent WDW visitors so it was cute and fun. I wouldn't wait more the 10 minutes for it though...

We will go on it again.

We did it on our first visit and none of us liked it (our boys were 11, 9 and 5 at the time). I personally hated being restrained in the seats and found the harness uncomfortable, but I also tend to be a bit claustrophobic so it's no surprise that I was not a fan :P

loved it as Alien, just found it annoying after it changed. Won't be going on it again! Should change the area completely, I just walk past it now and think...Ahh..that used to be soooo good!!

It's beyond lame. We haven't gone back on it on several years. I don't understand why Disney hasn't gutted it and done something better. A Guardians of the Galaxy attraction? Tron? A bathroom? Take your pic Disney.

Everyone saying they remember Alien Encounter makes me feel old, because I remember when it was Mission To Mars!

You should always try it once and decide for yourself. Animatronics are cool, it's fifteen minutes of a/c, there's rarely a wait. That said, I've only ever done it once.
