I worked at GNC as a manager, Trim Spa is a good diet supplement if you work WITH it. All the diet supplements do is enhance the way your body burns off what you eat. They speed up your metabolism, but you have to watch what and how you eat. Trim Spa is one of the best on the market.

Not a problem. This is actually one of the things I KNOW about, lol.

Warning though, do NOT over use them, and EAT or they will make you sick!!! You can NOT take these and NOT eat, and drink ALOT of water and take a GOOD multi-vitamin and Centrum is NOT a good Multi!!!

I started taking a multi-vitamin the same time I started taking Trim spa, which is a little over a week ago.

The multi vitamin is made by "Nature Made". I purchased it at Costco, so, I figured, it had to be good! It's actually an Adult Chewable Vitamin.

I've also increased the amount of water I drink and take them a little bit before I am going to eat.

So, only time will tell if they work!

It is best to take them about a half hour before main meals, no more than recommended.

Some of the ingredients in some of the diet supplements are time activated and work best with food, but need to be activated first, which is why the time frame. There are also some supplements that don't work unless you eat.

I can give you some supplements that will enhance your weight loss without taking things like Trim Spa, or even will enhance WITH Trim Spa, just depends on how much money you want to spend.

Sorry if I keep going on and on, but it has been awhile, lol.
