Does Anyone else's reservation online NOT show the Free Dining

I booked my Free Dining Package this morning with a Disney CM and when I looked up my reservation online, it doesn't state that I have the Dining plan included in my reservation at all. It just shows my hotel and tickets. Has anyone experienced this??

Yup..mine doesn't show dining either. I'm not concerned..I am sure the paperwork I get in the mail will show it.

That is what I was thinking too, but just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one. I would hate to get to WDW and for them to tell me I don't have the Dining Plan.

Yes. My reservation is the same, it doesn't say we are on the free dining plan. I am confident the CM noted it though, he knew how happy I was to get it!

I actually called this morning to double check and it was on there! I wouldn't be worried

Same thing happened last year. Dining was never listed on my reservation on the website. It was on the paperwork they sent though so just make sure it's there when you get it.

If you confirmation number starts with K, then you have the free dining. I also called back because my online also does not say free dining.

I just checked our reservation online and there is no mention of free dining. I agree with the previous poster, I'm sure it will be on the documentation they send. Sure was worth the wait on hold this morning....over 40 minutes but I got the dates I wanted and the Poly

Many people have posted this to be fact, so dont worry. Unless it doesn't start with a K, then call!

Mine doesn't - I just have numbers. But the CM repeated that I had free dining several times.

My online reservation did not show free dining either when I checked it after I booked this morning..and no K at the beginning...probably because I changed an existing reservation to a different date to do the free dining and my confirmation # remained the same...

However, I did call CRO and was told that I am confirmed for the free dining. I made him look it up in his computer and read it out to me to be sure...

I booked this morning and did not use a Disney Visa and my confirmation does start with a K
HOWEVER
When I called to get the insurance removed, the CM went over my reservation and said "and you made your deposit with your Disney Visa" and I said "NO, I did not use a Disney Visa". She said, "oh, but you used your Visa, it doesn't matter". The Visa I used isn't even a Chase Visa
I don't even have a Disney Visa.
I checked online and my confirmation still begins with a K.

Make of that what you will, I'm not quite sure...

I booked my trip through American Airlines vacations (yes, they have the free dining too) and same thing - online my reservation doesn't state the free dining, but in the confirmation email I got from them says "MYW TKT & DINE"

Me too...I calle dthis am to confirm & I did indeed have the free dining. No K at the beginning of my confirm #. If you are unsure just call CRO & ask to confirm.

We have two ten day ressies and one has a K in the confirmation number and one does not. I will wait for my confirmation and see what happens.

I feel for all the people who will be booking and do not know that they could get the free food.

Made our ressies this morning with free dining no K at the beginning of the ressie number. Called back this afternoon to double check and make sure I couldn't use an AAA discount and nice cm said that with the dining pkg the AAA discount wasn't available - so, I guess I am marked for free dining.
Just wondering - will I receive a "paper" confirmation for this reservation like those I have received on "room only" reservations?

Yep - we did a package in December and got a small "kit" with our confirmation, information, and luggage tags.

Could you imagine being down there and overhearing or just chatting with someone who did get in on the promotion? Ouch.

It's funny - the CM I spoke to this morning, I think she was going to book for that deal anyway. I didn't say anything right away about the promotion and it wasn't until she asked what hotel that I mentioned, "Well I wanted to get the free dining promotion. . ." and she sort of interrupted with this "uh huh" in a tone that sort of said, "Uh YEAH no kidding! I'm doing that!" But not snotty, LOL. Cant' really describe the tone. But it was just a "one step ahead of you" sort of tone.

I wonder how many CMs are going to be nice and fill the clueless people in?
