I love the new 180 day ADR policy!!! Especially for the fact that it means they post park hours 6 months in advance on the website. Makes planning so much easier. I'm awaiting Sept's calendar to be posted during the 1st week of March!!!! Then Disney Dining here I come!!!!

I would hate it if i was planning a last minute trip. people have had a really long time to make their ADR's.

I just spoke with my TA the other day about this. She said that while she never received an "official" explanation, she believes they extended it from 90 to 180 days because Disney is becoming increasingly more popular each year. This gives people more of a chance to get the PS's they want, rather than what is left. She said she is swamped with Disney res. work.
