Does Alamo let you choose a car within your class?

I haven't rented from Alamo yet but plan to this April. I'm understanding I can go to a kiosk at MCO and then pick any car within the class I pay for. Anything else I should know about Alamo?

I have rented from Alamo many times and am very happy with them.

Yes, you can choose a vehicle WITHIN YOUR CLASS from those in the aisle in the garage. If you have a reservation for a mid-size car then that is the car you get to choose from.

I prefer National where you can choose ANY car in the aisle such as Emerald Aisle. But National is usually much higher priced than Alamo.

Yes, at MCO you definitely can. We love Alamo and often find a great selection of available cars in our row.

And since Alamo and National share fleets at MCO, if you don't like any of the midsize cars on the Alamo side, you can walk over to the adjacent National side and look at their midsize cars and take one from there! (Same for other car classes.)
