Im just not a drama queen.
Clearly.
Im just not a drama queen.
The child doesnt have a ticket so there is nothing to be bound to. The child has been let in for free.
Whether disney choose to get @rsey and revoke the AP's if the find out is up to them, however there would be absolutely zero chance of any prosecution if the CM failed to ask the age of a child and waved them in on the assumption they were the correct age. That is the fault of the staff. We arent talking about the parents throwing the kids over the fence here to get them in.
So then by your own definition you lack any morals and values. If its ok to say that to the OP and anyone who has supported them then you are no different. Both cases involve being economical with the truth.
Shouting the same thing over and over isn't helping. Look up the legal statutes in Florida regarding theft of services, and look at the precedent cases if you don't believe me. .
How in the world do you come to that conclusion??? I never mentioned morals or values. Talk about reaching for something to attack on.I had a professor that once told me that once an opponetstoops to personal attack they have no valid arguments left. I think you have reached that point. I will no longer be responding to personal jabs. If you have a valid point, by all means share it.
No one is perfect and everyone has done things they are not proud of. I am brave enough to stand up an say that yes I have done things that are wrong. In my OP I said that a lie is a lie no matter the circumstances, and that I didn't think I could live with the consequences of this particular lie, and that was the question that the OP would have to answer for herself.
You can justify what you are doing with any reason under the sun, but it really boils down to this: no matter what you say about it or how you justify it you in fact ARE stealing. I am personally not ok with stealing from anyone, and even less so with having my child participate in stealing. Stealing eventually trickles down to hurt everyone else who wants to enjoy the parks. I am not ok with doing that to someone else. The fundamental question you need to ask youself before doing this: Is the money I am saving worth knowing that I am stealing and causing others to pay higher prices, and teaching my children that it is ok to do so? I personally cannot live with that.
FYI..personal attacks are not allowed in threads, it will surely shut a thread down.....
The question has been answered...also, never heard of a CM ask for a birth certificate???? really? please...

Neither are questions about breaking Disney's rules; however, this one has been going on for 8 pages!
I dont really expect to get anywhere here to be honest. At the end of the day, when Im talking to a nation of people who cant see the irony in giving thanks to a population of people that you butchered (I'd have thought adequate thanks for their generosity would have been achieved by not subjecting them to mass genocide ) then I dont expect you to realised the hypocrisy here either.
who me?
No disregard at all. Im just not a drama queen.
The OP situation is not the same as a family just not wanting to buy tickets - they have annual passes and are planning on getting annual passses for their 3 year old - this is totally different then a family going for their once or twice in a lifetime trip and not wanting to buy a ticket for their 3 year old - IMO
