Don't know how many of you guys are into documentaries, but Netflix has a lot of really, really interesting ones.

The one I'm watching tonight is called "I Think We're Alone Now" and it's about Tiffany's(the pop singer from the 80's) stalkers. It's sad and tragic and scary. They focus on 2 people (so far) and these people truly believe they have a relationship with her. Still. It reminds you that celebrities don't always live an easy life. Remember when that guy killed himself outside of Paula Abdul's house a year or so ago? I think he was stalking her. I mean, this junk gets creepy.

Anyone care to jump in with a suggestion for a good documentary? There are so many good ones, you just don't know where to start on Netflix.

I love documentaries. . .but it's been a long while since I've been able to see any. One of my favorites is The Panama Deception. . .check it out if you can.

I dont know if this is no netflex, but I seen it on HBO and it sent chills down my spin this guy is so cold. You could even watch it from computer

Oh, that's great that I can watch it from that site! It looks really interesting.

And hambirg, I'll look for The Panama Deception.

I just finished watching the Tiffany movie, and it makes me regret ever saying anything bad about a celebrity. It's just...chilling. These 2 fans are so deluded. It's well worth watching, but it's not a feel good movie! There's no violence, it's just sad.

I love scientific documentaries! There are a lot of Nova Science Now and National Geographic documentaries that are great, if you're interested in learning something new!

Hulu has some good documentaries. I watched one called Summercamp. It was a really fun movie.

I love documentaries. The most recent one I watched was Fathead.

I just watched on the other night on HBO about Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe's rivalry in the 70s. Pretty interesting stuff. Bjorn Borg is still hot

I dont know if they are streaming on netflix bc i rented the dvds but two documentries i really liked were "life after tomorrow" about child actors that were in Annie, either in the movie, Broadway cast or touring group. The other one was "Capturing the Friedmans" about a family that was accused of child molestation in the 80s.

Last week i watched one at my firends house called "Parking lot movie" about parking attendents at a lot near a college in Virginia. I do not reccomend it

That is so funny! I've seen both "Capturing the Friedmans" (horribly sad) AND "Parking Lot Movie". I don't recommend it either. I mean, how long can you sit there and watch these guys sit there and take money while giving their philosophy on life?

"Exit From the Gift Shop" is another one I kinda liked, but wouldn't watch again. It's about Banksy.

I'm in the middle of "Moment of Death", believe it's National Geographic. It is very interesting.

I love documentaries. I tend to lean to the social ones right now, but I think it is because the science ones on Netflix right now, I have already seen. I liked In Debt We Trust and the one about Walmart. I just saw Bowling for Columbine last week and liked that one too. Glad I am not alone. My family all think I have weird taste in entertainment.

The Suicide Tourist - I recently stumbled upon this on Netflix and it really made me think.

I love watching documentaries on Netflix. Two of my favorites are The Lottery and Nursery University. Interesting. Also, the Mormon Proposition was interesting. I have several in my queue that I'm very excited to watch.

While these are really more biographies than documentaries...they all are really great movies...

The King's Speech
The Pat Tillman Story
Nowhere Boy (about John Lenon's childhood)

There is a documentary I saw online called "Inside Game" narrated by Matt Damon. Really puts the whole economic collapse the USA is experiencing into perspective.

I thought of another one, it is very touching, eyeopening and leaves you with great hope.
Born Into Brothels: Calcutta's Red Light Kids

OH, I forgot about Nursery University. I watched it on pay per view when it first came out. Crazy!!!
