I agree.
So do I.
I agree.
I don't think it makes a difference WHAT you wear as pajamas...it's tacky.
The ships have a "dress code" for a reason. I think they'd prefer people are "dressed" when they eat or walk around the ship.
I was also taught to never walk around in just a swim suit. "One must always wear a cover up".
Because you have class. Or at least an understanding of what is appropriate outer apparel.
I'll ask YOU the same thing as I did her....maybe you'll respond, since she didn't.
If there's a POLL, and someone gives their opinion on that poll....why is that judgemental? It's an OPINION. And everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
It gets rather old on here, seeing so many people get so worked up over one little word or phrase.![]()
If by "Pajamas" you mean "tighty whiteys," then yes, yes I do.
If by "pajamas" you mean "spray tan," then yes, yes I do.
February 25th, 7:40 EST. Just looked at my 14 year old daughter who is about to get into my car and go to school. Eighth grade. She is still in her pajamas. "Are you going to school in that," I asked. Her reply: "It's pajama day." Fair enough.![]()
Brilliant!! I would have never thought of it, but sounds so fun. Again, especially in a group setting. An organized late night PJ & Movie night. Way fun![]()
Thank you for the mental image of an orange man in tightey whiteys at the drink station!
Me, too...that was funny!
For the record, I have been known to (while staying in my car) drop kids at school or hockey practice in my jammies and coat. I don't want to get out in them, but if I had to, I am well covered as they are either my Christmas mickey flannels or my Animal Kingdom hidden mickey long cotton bottoms! Love them both.
This sounds awesome to me too, maybe on the Halloween cruise!

I think judgey people are way tackier than PJs in public.
I was right in my earlier post when I said that apparently, here on the DIS, it's okay to bash and trash anyone other than a DCL cruiser...in particular a Carnival cruiser...see post #3 on this thread:
And if judgey were a word, I'd guess this person is just judgey, too, then?

Hi troll
I was searching for something else entirely, when I came across this on the sticky DCL FAQ's. Look at post #13. Something about not walking around in your nightgown....pajamas, same difference. And cruise etiquette in general. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2713199
What exactly IS a troll? Is it based on number of posts? Because you don't have very many, either.
Am I a troll if I took my first Disney cruise in 2003....and have taken 14 of them?
Am I a troll because I never posted before, but just read?
I look in the mirror, and I don't look like a troll. I look like a regular person.![]()
Something else entirely?? Which is why you've been posting on multiple threads the same thing..... Have you heard of the expression troll?
music please.....Let it go.... Let it go....
No could care less about your first post first cruise. You are purposely misbehaving to get a rise out of people hench you are a troll
Actually, I'm not. I just want someone to explain to me why there's a double standard on here.
Will YOU be the one to tell me?
I have a feeling no one will answer that, because I'm right and there's no reason why I should have gotten so picked on for saying pajamas are tacky.
