Do you think direct price increases is coming?

I know Disney just did a price increase for direct purchase a little while back . But I'm wondering if the Resorts that where not increased at that time will jump by first part of April.

Price increases are ALWAYS coming. Just a matter of time.

I wouldn't imagine sold out resorts would increase until the next Riviera / Aulani increase. The next step for Riviera will be to reduce incentives. When the latest price increase happened the incentives increased about the same amount for most purchases.

This was my gut reaction.

I expect that with resale prices climbing direct prices will keep following suit.

I don't think IMO that Disney has cause to increase.
But Disney does what it wants.

There are 2 OKW type of contracts, the original 2042 ones and the ones people extended to 2057 which is the one Disney sells directly

That's not accurate. Prices have increased at Riviera annually and incentives have decreased at Riviera annually. It is increasingly more expensive to buy there.
