This is my PSA du jour.
www.mymedschedule.com
I'm terrible about remembering to take my pills, and I take several supplements too. I've been doing pretty good since the New Year (one of my annual New Year's Resolutions
) taking them every day, but not necessarily at the same time each day, and this website has helped greatly. I have it set to email me AND text reminders. You can also print out a nice schedule of your meds to bring to your doctor. And I have a nice tidy list to give to the medical staff at mom's assisted living.
You can put emergency contact information on it. What I also did was where it list "allergies", I put "none", but added on the same line the doctor's name and phone number because there's no where else for it.
Limitations...the website claims you can make schedules for other people, but I don't see how without setting up a different account, with a different email address. When you put in your personal information, it shows up on whatever schedule you print out, even if you've named the schedule something else (as in "my mother's name")...it still puts my name/my DOB/etc.
So I do have separate accounts for DH, mom and me. (Unless I just haven't figured out how to do it all in one account.
)
