I said I am pissed the other day and a dad at preschool said to watch my mouth. :confused3 I'm honestly confused is that cursing? The kids were in class and didn't hear me.

At work... a lot... otherwise, whenever the kids aren't around to hear me. :rolleyes1

I could never been in a relationship with someone who routinely uses coarse language.

Sometimes.... I have cut down tremendously since DS4 came along. He was about 2 and we were at the DR's office and i heard him let the f word go. Lesson learned for mommy. I have been really good about it for 2 yrs now and I havent heard anything out of him in a long time, in fact i was soo worried about pre k this year even though i never hear him say it i know he knows a few words.

Now i did hear him say OH CRAP the other day when he lost a tennis game on the new Wiii...... guess i gotta lose that word too now.;)

I have a wretched potty mouth.

All is well when I'm cursing, but if I start to get coldly polite and use big formal words, then, boy, you're in a hunk a trouble.

Very rarely. If I do, watch out, I have been pushed WAY over the edge.

I was raised though where we could say all the substitutes (which left no need for the real ones), you know, darn, heck, crap....which some people would also consider bad things to say. I do use those often, and allow my child to also.

I curse too much...I think I got to accustomed to "talkin' like a truck driva" when I worked in the construction industry with all men. The one thing my ex boss warned me about before I started the job was the language. I think I was worse than the men. I mean bad...it didn't hold me back though, I was promoted 3 times in 5 years...ah the memories...

I do not curse in front of children and certain company...if I do need to express myself, I find myself saying: Oh sugar! Oh Fudge!

My DS got in trouble and kicked off his bus for using a substitute that I allowed him to say. He said "freakin" and the bus driver wrote him up for a 3-day suspension.

Very rarely.

I'll only say damn if something goes terriblely wrong. And that's it.

Got out of the habit when my kids were born. Got back into the habit after they grew up (although, like a PP, not the F, C, or N words - they're just so ugly!). Now, trying to clean up again due to the presence of DGD. So she hears a lot of "moron, stupid, you stink" when I'm driving. In fact, "This is soooooooo stupid" is one of my favorite things to say about, well, stupid things (and there are so many of them). My kids have threatened to put the phrase on my gravestone, which really makes me giggle every time I think about it (mental picture: person walking in a cemetery, stops, reads the inscription, ??!!?? WTH ??!!?? Oops, potty mouth. I mean WTHeck ;) ).

I have a few cuss words you should have told him!

I was brought up to believe that it was a cuss word, so I was extremely surprised when I first saw that the DIS filters allowed it through. I see people using it on here once in a while.

I don't know. Is it or isn't it? :confused3
