Do you save UPCs??

Do you save UPCs from products you use often for different things the company offers (example: I'm currently saving Quaker granola bar upcs for a birthday party "kit" they're offering). My DH is convinced I'm the only person to do this! To take it a step further, do you save UPCs from products that you use a lot of (example - pop tarts at our house or Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal) to keep on hand in the event of the company offering some kind of promo???

I only save them if there is already a promo going on that I want to take advantage of. I've noticed some products like pop-tarts and Kelloggs cereal now put "tokens" on their boxes for the specific promo so you have to buy the boxes with those on them and saving upc's ahead of time wouldn't really be helpful for that.

I only save them if there's a promo going on as well. I'm currently saving the granola UPCs too!

I only do if I know of a promotion.

I've seen a few promotions of late that require not only UPCs but also receipts which I think is a total PITA.


Oh, I do collect the BoxTops for my sister, who is a teacher.

I only save them if there is a current promotion going on.

I save box tops, because the kids school is always having a competition of who can bring the most in.

I also save campbell's soup label for our local library.
