I notice that on the Food Network shows, some people are ringless and others are wearing one or more. It doesn't seem too sanitary to have your hands touching or mixing food with rings on. Wouldn't bits of food get into the crevices and be hard to remove just by washing your hands?
I also get a laugh the way Rachel Ray tries to carry everything in 1 trip. I don't put stuff from the shelf into a clean dish or bowl that I will be putting food in.
And the way they seem to use the same wood cutting board for everything but meat. How is it cleaned between say tomatoes and parsley?
I don't want to imply that I am a "germaholic" since I know I am not. But these are things I have been noticing, and wondered what others think.
