Do you like your birthstone?

I was born in July and mine is ruby, I like it, don't love it but better then some others I could of had

Yes I like my birthstone its an Emerald and I like my husbands its a Ruby.

Love mine - amethyst. I have a pendant I wear for my two boys - Feb. and April, which is really pretty. I always toyed with the idea of having me and my DH on there as well, but thought the two amethysts might be overkill, and don't like my DH's stone - November.

My twins are April babies and miss not having any color in my mother's ring. I need to find an Opal ring with a diamond on each side!

Mine is opal. I don't mind opal, but I hate that pink stone they sometimes use for October. DH is diamond..lucky! DS is ruby.

My b-day's in November and I *hate* my birthstone...it blends in with gold and isn't colorful enough. So, I go with December's birthstone b/c my DOB was *supposed* to be December.

My son and husband are both April babies and their birthstones are diamonds. I envy them.

I didn't use to like my birthstone, peridot. But then I saw it in person and now I like it a lot.

Mine is Garnet which most people think is the deep burgundy red. There are other colors though and tsavorite (green) can be a very expensive stone.

Six months = half a year, so "half birthday".

Mine's emerald. I really like it. I have a beautiful ring (which I bought for myself) and a beautiful pair of earrings (which my brother, SIL, 2 nephews & niece gave me in 2001). The earrings were purchased in this great store in Seattle, WA.

Mine is aquamarine. I like it, but I like rubies (for the colour) and emeralds (for my Irish heritage) better.

Mine is called either blue zircon or turqouise, and I think I've seen it called another color too (December). It's ok. I wish it was emerald though (I don't want a May birthday, but I prefer May's birthstone to mine).
