Do you have Dirt yet?

I was doing an errand at lunch today, and passed a billboard that said" From the makers of Air and Water, comes Dirt", with a picture of a glass jar, labeled "Dirt". Across the bottom of the billboard was www.americaneedsdirt.com

I figured, they couldn't possible need that kind of advertising just to sell dirt, could they? But back during the internet bubble, there were crazier things going on, so I figured, that must be some great dirt.

So getting back from lunch, I check it out, and it's a website about getting kids outside to play, led by Cal Ripken.

It's pretty amusing, and it got my attention, so the billboard worked.

Anyone else seen this?

Also, don't forget to play the game; it's pretty funny.

By looking at my carpet, I can honestly say "Yes, we do have dirt". They already look horrible and the warm weather only kicked in about a month ago.

It was kind of cool. I enjoyed seeing Cal Ripken on the site.
