Do you have a Wii Fit Plus Workout?

I have had a Wii Fit since March and while I use it every once in a while, it's not an everyday thing. Now that the weather is starting to get chilly, I am thinking about using it more. I know that I can set up a routine in the Wii Fit, but I am at a loss of what "games" to play. Do you have a routine set up in the Wii? If so, do you do certain games multiple times or do you just turn on the stepper in the background and watch TV?
 
I just started to use my Wii Fit again recently. I actually have a sticker chart contest going with my family to get in shape for our WDW trip this January, for every 20 minutes of exercise we get a sticker. Mostly what I've been doing is the hula hoop and step aerobics. With those two, I have great consistency and actually feel like I'm getting a workout. Once I get in a little better shape, I would like to do some more of the balance games and strength exercises. I tried to set up a "routine" but it wouldn't let me select from the aerobic category for some reason. Good luck with Wii Fitting it :banana:
 
I am also setting up my Wii fit plus this weekend, in fact, after it has been collecting dust for a few months (due to ankle injury). I like mixing up my workouts - pretty much what ever suits me at the time. Have you set anything up yet? Would love to talk about it with anyone.

I also do Leslie Sansone walking .... this is my first post, and I really have not had much of a chance to explore this forun yet. Hope to make a few exercise and health "buddies" here.

So what's your routine?

I did 35 minutes of yoga and aerobic stuff like biking yesterday.
 
I got a wii fit earlier this year. I mainly use if for yoga as crosstraining for running. I do need to use it more regularly though; it is a great workout.
