Do we have to take hand baggage with us to Twilight Check-In?

Nope, we have used Twilight Check-In twice and didn't take our hand baggage either time
The last time we used this service was only three weeks ago, I did tell them that we had one carry on bag each back at the hotel but I don't think they even asked
