They may be available at other shops, but I only saw them in Mouse Gear. We didn't go into any of the larger shops in other theme parks this past weekend. Once Upon a Toy has DI signs in the window and they also sold them two days prior to the general release.

there is also a power disk swap/trade location at Downtown Disney... not sure where because we haven't gotten there yet. Hope to get rid of some of our duplicates.

Target has an exclusive release window for Vanellope beginning 11/24 (unsure of general release date). Walmart has an exclusive release window for Woody until 10/22. GameStop has and exclusive release window for Jack Skellington until 10/29. Toys 'r Us has exclusive power discs and exclusive crystal figures. The TRU crystal figures are just clear versions of figures already available for DI.

Game Stop is also taking pre orders on woody, and buzz with Jesse (two different sets, woody alone, then those two with the toy story play set). My kids love this game...Lol. we got Jack last weekend

They could make a (bigger) killing with in-park exclusive figures/environments...

Imagine having a Peter Pan ride car, along with a Peter Pan's flight environment. Or even a whole Epcot/Magic Kingdom sandbox to play in...
