Do the Whispering Canyon or 50's Prime have Vegetarian options?

I have never been to either place, but would love to check them out but since I don't eat meat I was wondering what I could have there. On Allears it doesn't have a veggie option. Thanks in advance!

1) All WDW eateries have a veggie offering.
2) Normally the chef or cook will talk with you.
3) Enjoy.

At 50's it's a vegetarian stuffed pepper (they can also do a veggie burger if you prefer or grilled cheese for kids)
At Whispering Canyon it used to be Enchildas but is now Quinoa cakes.

50's pepper can be made vegan and they will also do tofutti or rice dream ice cream and shakes.
