Do most of you use your points for 1 long trip or many shorter trips?

Usually 2-3 trips of 6 days. But we just stayed 1 night at OKW before our cruise

last week.We will also be at OKW for 3 days this x-mas when we are visitng my sister at West Palm Beach.

On average about two 9 day trips. Next year toss in a cruise too.

Last year was two long concierge stay weekends.

That was a fluke, just about every year is one 12 night trip. Either holoween time or the first two weeks of December.

We take 3 trips a year, if the calendar falls right so that I can get two weeks at Christmas(I'm a teacher). Otherwise, I take two trips. Each trip is 8 or 9 days. My great goal in life is to take a trip to BWV in September right when school starts, and stay 3 weeks relaxing in the sun

We can't get away from our businesses more than a week at a time, so we try to take a couple of 1-week trips each year.

This year is four trips of 6, 10, 13, and 7days, but we will be borrowing a little for the last trip. We will be activating our APs this year so we will are trying to maximize their use.

One long trip. Last year we did the Radisson one night, cruise 7 nights and OKW four nights. This year 10 nights OKW (we might arrive a day earlier, have not decided where to stay before OKW). We will be gone two weeks. (Driving first time and autotrain back).

We drive from Wisconsin so we stay as long as the points will allow...our next trip will be January/February '05 for 26 days.

One 7-day cruise, followed by a week at BWV and a 6 days at Vero.

Usually a bunch of one or two day trips and a seven or eight day one either at christmas or when family comes down. We are only 86 miles away, so the one and two day trips work out well.

We just recently became DVC members. Prior to this we were always renting from a DVC member and staying two weeks for 5 days each. Now that we are DVC members we plan on making two weeks for at least 8 days each. Possibly throwing in a third trip for a 2-3 day stay.

With five of us, we choose to make the most out of our airfare and stay over two weeks every year rather than cutting it up in shorter/more often trips. Wish we could go more often, but someday when we move closer to WDW, then we can do shorter trips and get our Disney-fix more often.
